I have never had an issue at this Starbucks most of the employees are really friendly and the service is great. However, on this occasion I was being rung up by the older employee and right off the bat she’s short and condescending. The entire time she’s irritable and when I try to ask about the menu she barely answers giving me an attitude.

I’m no coffee connoisseur but I did stop by this location to buy my wife her favorite drink. The lady at the counter made me feel stupid with her condescending tone when I was asking questions about the app. So I closed the app and just place the order but when I asked for an extra shot and light ice she said I’d have to pay more for light ice? I asked her why is that if I’m paying for more shots and light ice should equal it out? Her answer of that’s the way it is since I’d be getting more drink. I could tell by the lack of enthusiasm and smiles that she apparently hates her job. I paid the extra money for the drink since I already was expected about getting it for my wife, but I will NOT be going back to this location for anything

If I could give 0 I would. They went out of their way to contact me months after I applied to this job. I went out of way to get hired on and they wasted my time and didn’t communicate with me. Now they are hiring again what a shame. You seriously aren’t wasting you time purchasing stuff herb but you are wasting your time applying here.

Overpriced!!!! Charged me a dollar more for a tall cold brew than the average price elsewhere. When I asked why, the lead employee said with a smug look on her face, "We set our own prices." Really?!?! I won't set foot in another an Ingles!

My daughter and I go to Starbucks in Carrollton almost every Saturday. With the main store closed temporarily to be remodeled we tried the Ingles Carrollton Starbucks. Our drinks were AMAZING. A huge shout out to ERICA and RANDY for making our order so perfect. ☕️ ?
