Ordered online and the subs did not have the right vegetables they were supposed to have and were supposed to have light sauce but they were covered so much you couldn't even taste the sub. The drink machine nozzle was off and the employee notices i am trying to find the parts and he comes and picks a piece off the ground and puts it directly into the drink dispenser and makes sure it stays and walks away

I have a child with autism and food diversions. He always orders just bread at subway. It is the few places we can eat out. At this location I was told we can not have just the bread. I offered to pay for a sandwich at normal price and was still refused the bread. I was ordering other food. So basically they want my autistic child to not eat. I finally was allowed the bread with Turkey on the side. Such a disgrace for disabled children to be refused food. Even when I offered to pay for what I didn’t want. I will not be back to this location. I was told it was managements choice and will be notifying corporate.

Wanted a sandwich and didn’t want to drive farther to one of their competitors. Should have bc you really do get what you pay for. Bread wasn’t “fresh” as advertised but was instead quite hard and NOT from being toasted. Had a rubbery, tough consistency that made the sandwich difficult to eat. I’ll bypass this store next time as this is the second consecutive order which made me see that the other brands are truly better. Service was good and courteous but the food is why I came.

I've ordered online at this store many times and every time I order a sandwich with smashed avocado I never get it on my sandwich. If it's the case of them being out of avocado, I am never contacted about it so I'm just left with sandwiches that are full price missing items that I paid for.

Manager treated me like I was a burden when I called to place a pick-up order. Wouldn't let me pay over the phone because he wasn't near the register. Said they would be busy around lunch time and wasn't sure he could complete my order within 45 minutes. Then was sitting at a booth stuffing his face with a sandwich when I arrived to pick up my order. His worker acted afraid of him, and wouldn't comment when I said her boss was the most stressed-out person. When i asked if the foot long was cut in 4 pieces as I had requested, she hollered to her boss, who gave assurances he had done so. Then we found out he lied, or was inept and failed to slice it. Sandwich was very messy also. We'll go elsewhere next time. The other Subways nearby couldn't be as bad.

Went in to get a sub. I ordered meatball. The boy filling the vegetables moved to the sandwich line at the end. He was moving 90 miles a minute and acted mad because everyone else was not. He made my sandwich then passed it to the vegey person. My sandwich was sent to the cashier to ring up but was not in the bag. I paid then the boy at the end pushed his way to the front of the line and began bagging up a sandwich. He moved mine back in line. He started bagging up the sandwich and I asked if that was my sandwich. He gave me a funny look and said yes. When I got home and opened my sandwich it was a plain ham and cheese. The boy that was running around like a speed demon breaking in front of the other servers needs to chill. As I was leaving I heard him bragging how many sandwiches he made in a certain amount of time. It does not matter how many you make if you don't get them correct.
