This place serves, easily, the best curry I have ever had. It’s sweet while still managing to be light. And if you don’t like curry, all their food is consistently delicious. My partner gets something different every time, and he’s always satisfied. The staff is friendly and kind, and they have never gotten a to-go order wrong. The restaurant is very clean. They are also kid-friendly. There are numerous times I’ve brought my baby, and they were kind enough to bring her some plain raw veggies for her to gnaw on while we ate. There is always plenty of parking since it sits at the back of a relatively quiet shopping mall. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. I’m very grateful that Carrollton finally has a Thai place, and a GREAT one at that!

i have been to sweet basil twice now, and it’s amazing! welcoming crew and wonderful food! i have tried the ginger chicken and the yellow curry so far, and both were good, but the yellow curry is delectable.

Third time there. Ordered Cashew chicken. Horrible. Chicken looked like just boiled in water. Absolutely no spices no taste. Only 4 cashews. I brought it home and cooked it with thai seasonings. Still not good. Think something wrong with chicken. Place was empty. I know

Very good food, I go occasionally. My only complaint would be the spice chart first time going I selected a two thinking it wouldn't be too spicy and was almost inedible I still ate it next time I got a one level spice and it was almost as hot as the two this was for green Thai curry by the way

First time here was a successful trip! Me and my husband loved everything. We got the appetizer sampler and it was exquisite. My husband got the combination protein red curry and I got the red chili fried rice. So good! Service was amazing and the atmosphere is so cozy. Will be back again soon!

It's expensive, and the food quality is suffering from when the restaurant opened. The wait staff has become incompetent, as well. My wife's order tasted so terrible that she was unable to eat it. We won't return.

The Pho Beef was some of the best I’ve ever eaten. It was fresh, hot, and very delicious. It’s a very small establishment and the overall atmosphere was inviting, cozy and intimate. It was clean and comfortable, and the service was absolutely fantastic. They are all very kind people. I will definitely be returning here, should I find myself in this area again in the future.Parking: TONS of parkingKid-friendliness: It’s kid friendly, but I don’t see many kids eating Thai food.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Honestly, this is one of the most down to earth, tastiest, and special places to eat! As UWG students, my partner and I love how close it is to the school, and it is by far some of the best thai/ asian food I have EVER eaten. They have a variety of options, and I’ve tried many, with all of them tasting fresh and flavorful. You can tell they cook everything to order and accommodate customers as they can. The man who usually serves us is so kind and the atmosphere of the whole restaurant is just lovely. The food is moderately expensive, no more than dinner out to an olive garden or longhorn, but if there is a place that deserves your money, it’s this one! We find ourselves retuning to this hidden gem again and again. Much love for Sweet Basil!

2 years ago the food was delicious so disappointed today. I ordered the Thai Shrimp fried rice which was always my go to dish today the entire meal was HORRIBLE! The shrimp was undercooked & the rice looked & taste like it has been microwaved. For $17.49 I should've saved money & got a microwave meal. I couldn't eat the shrimp or rice undercooked, horrible sweet taste and very bland. I want my money back!!
