"My experience started off frustrating—I received barely anything on my taco and went back inside for a refund. The first employee just discussed it without taking action, and no one else stepped in to help. However, when the general manager got involved, he handled the situation with ease and a pleasant attitude, resolving the issue quickly and professionally. His approach was exactly how I would handle things as a manager. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service."

On 1/17/25 they were absolutely slam packed, along with having what I assume to be an inspector show up. I waited for 30 minutes, but the service was still amazing! They were going as fast as they possibly could, with a smile on their face. Credit is most definitely due, and they are very genuine. They did their best, and that’s all I could ask for.

I go here regularly on lunch break and have a great experience every time. I even have a favorite parking spot.

Not today, though.

I believe an employee parked this way on purpose. Infinitely uncool.
