Chips were the most rancid I’ve ever tasted. I have experience in food, but even if I didn’t I’d know they just weren’t safe to eat. Please regularly clean your fryers, thank you.

Always a good experience here, service was a little off today but I think everyone is tired on this rainy day. Food was excellent and all the customizations were correct ! The one on Maple St knows their portion sizes too. The other one we visit seems like I'm not getting the bang for the buck.

This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had in my life! Do NOT come here if you do not want to leave in a bad mood. I ordered a simple meal. Build your own for 7.00 online. Easy enough right? Not at all. I arrived and the young lady couldn't find my order. When she finally did locate the mobile order, she handed me my drink and then I waited... And waited... And waited and waited some more. No exaggeration. I waited so long another young lady shift swapped with her and asked me what I was waiting on. I was livid! But as a Christian, I tried my best to keep my composure. I asked what was going on and no one knew. Meanwhile, the cook kept bringing everyone else's bag out but mine. So I waited some more. 30 plus minutes after I placed my order, my bag finally came. The second young lady apologized. But it wasn't her fault. The manager never came to the window to apologize for her dysfunction of a restaurant. No courtesy of something for the delay, no offer for a refund. Nothing. This is a newly built restaurant but don't let the clean look fool you. This is the most irresponsible restaurant I have ever been to and they deserve to be reported on. Hence, my post. I was so angry that I didn't even eat the food. It ruined my whole mood.

according to their own portions it was two scoops even after we paid extra for extra meet. The manager (ironically has my same name) came to the window and argued with us instead of giving more meat ( like we already paid for). We were forced to go around and order again AND CHARGED EVEN MORE MONEY for extra beef. When the place was first put here it was way better, but has definitely gone down hill. New mangers please cause laughing in our face and rolling their eyes was CRAZY. I added a picture of “extra beef”. Mind you that was an extra dollar….

Lexi was very sweet and professional got my order fixed right away and was the only one that treated me with kindness. The food seemed to be thrown together other than the order she brought me as a remake. The general manager seemed to be very unprofessional and inconsiderate didn’t seem like she cared much to help. This place has really gone downhill. They need a new manager in charge..

This place needs help. It was dirty. The men's restroom was dirty and had no soap in the sink was nasty. Had to ask to make the food again cause it wasn't any good and it was just threw together with cheese and sauce in the sides where tthe container gies together and drooped on my shirt. Zero stars.

Was my go to lunch spot but went today and the taco tasted like chalk the guy at the window was rude and I think they put something in my food. I don't know what I did to them but that was the worst tasting thing I ever put in my mouth. Will never go back to this place stay away

Girl at drive through had an attitude. Never said one word and just forced drink and food out the window. Didn’t even reply when I said thanks. These restaurants need to fire these lazy employees that don’t appreciate their job.

At first one of the employees acted like they didn’t know what they were doing, after me and my girlfriend had to repeat our names to them over and over one of the managers got an attitude with my girlfriend. I got home and my taco shell was completely cracked in half and I had to use the wrapper to eat it. If the taco shell is cracked you’re supposed to throw it away, not use it.

There was a minor mess up on the burrito (they forgot to grill it) and they were out of the freeze that I paid for online but they were very friendly, professional and happy to correct the issue and the food was good. We all make mistakes. The willingness to correct them is what made customers loyal in the past, not perfection.

This Taco Bell ALWAYS gets something wrong, there is like a 70% chance that they will always get something wrong with your order, idk what’s wrong with the workers but they are not good at their job and need retraining

Literally the best Taco Bell I have ever been to! Had an issue with my order and the employees remade the entire order and gave me a coupon for my next visit. Super super special shout out to Kalen(sorry if I misspelt your name) who was incredible and made me feel genuinely seen and taken care of! Again the best Taco Bell I have ever been to!
