Literally the best Taco Bell I have ever been to! Had an issue with my order and the employees remade the entire order and gave me a coupon for my next visit. Super super special shout out to Kalen(sorry if I misspelt your name) who was incredible and made me feel genuinely seen and taken care of! Again the best Taco Bell I have ever been to!
Picking two separate orders and the lobby doors were locked in the middle of the day and had to go through drive through twice to get our order
Very lazy. Need a mobile order to get food with no line . Worst chain in Carrollton.
Great food, and fast service
Earlier today, I ended up getting the wrong order and they were so sweet and fixed it right away! This is definitely the best Taco Bell in Carrollton. I’ve had issues with the other Taco Bell’s, but I always get good customer service here.
I ordered a strawberry dream freeze, steak garlic nacho fries, chicken al pastor burrito but they ran out of fries, rice, and strawberry freeze so what I got is a burrito with no rice, a freeze that not even a dream freeze nor strawberry, no garlic fries, and yet they also charge me for a bean burrito I didn’t order nor got. I love Taco Bell but I’m very disappointed
Got my food order completely wrong. Your job is simple and can't even get it right. 0 Stars
Ok but to expensive to eat tacos nowdays
Our experience was absolutely awful! We were headed home from Alabama, 15 minutes away from this restaurant I placed a mobile order so we could just pull through and get it. We pull up and they said we have to wait another 20 minutes. It’s FAST food. That’s the point. For it to be fast. I paid for sour cream to be added to one of our soft tacos, we didn’t get sour cream so that money was wasted. I got a veggie bowl, added chicken and refried beans because I don’t like the cantina chicken. They gave me the cantina chicken instead of regular chicken that I ordered ON PURPOSE, and I couldn’t even eat my bowl because the chicken was everywhere in little pieces and the pieces of chicken could break a tooth they were so hard. DO BETTER!!! About $13 of our $32 order was completely wasted.
It was OK

Inside is just a kiosk to order. There are no options for cash to pay inside.
Love the mobile app!
Vegetarian options: Potato burritos! Haven't been able to find them anywhere!

You get what you get at a taco bell location. Though this location is the one closest to home, it's really great and the service here is really amazing. The atmosphere is amazing and very quiet too. There's not too many customers to see.
This little quaint Taco Bell located right alongside the City Station recently opened about a year ago. Of course it's not really any different to other locations as of the name and the brand itself, however by the means of location, it is different to the few others we drove and swung by. The atmosphere here is amazing, but really quiet and relaxing. The music choice is alright.
The service was very quick, but well-done. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme with a Doritos locos taco and a double stacker taco. The tacos and the crunchwrap were all very delicious, and the best part was that it was prepared and all was hot, hot, but ready to eat. Now I don't have to go home to microwave my entire order. Great job guys! Of course I had to pair my order with the iconic Baja Blast. Always refreshing and tasty. I cannot forget to mention about the nacho fries. They're back.. but for a limited time. Go here and get yourself some nacho fries because they're delicious and they're even better with the nacho cheese sauce.
The bathrooms.. clean. It's not dirty and it's not trashed. Good thing it's kept clean but this wasn't my main reason why I'm giving this a five star. There were only around 7 employees working. A bit sad to see the establishment not being busy just like the others and also devastating that I witnessed an understaffment. I hope this place grows and hires more and more great and happy workers.. Seeing this place being rated as low as a 3 star is saddening. They deserve at least a five for all the work they've done. Even the prices are decent at best.
Taco Bell is NOT an authentic Mexican cuisine restaurant and never will be.. so if you come here or any other location, just a reminder. It's a Taco Bell; you get what you pay for. This isn't really a real Mexican restaurant. Don't expect to look for "out of this world" tasting cravings. Otherwise you may end up being in the wrong place. If you do run up to a bad location, Go run and find a different location. This location though is very much full of polite and respectful workers who enjoy their time serving customers the food they want.

Okay, it's Taco bell. You are not expecting fine dining, but I eat at a lot of Taco Bells during my travels and this Taco Bell at Maple Crossing is really subpar. If the Taco Bell on 27, across from the walmart, is one of the better Taco Bells I've eaten at, this Taco bell, across from the food depot, on Maple street, is one of the worst. I have eaten at this Taco Bell on three different occasions, always ordering the same thing, three cheesy bean and rice burritos. Not terribly difficult to put together and always during off times so that there's not a large crowd. The first time I gave this Taco Bell a try, I waited 10 to 15 minutes for the three burritos. I waited so long the employee gave me a few coupons for free tacos for the wait. I don't eat meat and just threw the coupons away. The burritos were okay. The second time I stopped I waited 20-25 minutes, so long that I just canceled my order and walked out. I decided to give them another try. I waited 10 to 15 minutes, again, for my order to be ready. Not long enough to walk out but long enough for the employee, one of two in the entire restaurant, to apologize several times for my wait . I really didn't mind because I didn't have a lot going on. To call these "burritos" is really an overstatement. Much less of a burrito, much more of a dumpling. I actually opened the burritos up to see if perhaps I got the wrong order. Just a lump of dry beans , a few grains of rice and sticky cheese stuck in the middle of a whole lot of burrito shell. I tried to spread it out and make it more appealing, but it just really did not work. I ate the first one, opened up the second one and try to doctor it a bit more, and then just through the third one away. Really not the fault of the employees. They are running around back there like maniacs, trying to get orders out, take orders in, and do everything else in between to keep this going. Perhaps they were not trained or perhaps they were told to skimp on the ingredients, I don't know. Also, the seating in this Taco Bell is terrible. There are no booths and just a few spartan, East German Cold War era feeling tables and chairs lining the wall. Very cramped. The two corners were taken by two people each, and there is a row of chairs against the wall by the drive-thru. I was going to sit there but there was a woman and two children ordering behind me and I wanted to give them that option. I heard her explaining to her children that there are no booths in this Taco Bell and that is why the seating was so uncomfortable. They did not look too happy about it, either. There is seating literally facing the waiting line where you can stare at the people waiting for their food, which is quite a few people. I opted to sit at the two person table adjoining the trash. I got to stare at the trash receptacle and đidnt have far to go to throw this mess away. I had to sit so close to the couple in the corner table that I apologized to them both. They said it was okay. But I was really close to them. There was a total of 8 people sitting in the dining area and it was this cramped and took 15 minutes to get my food. This will be my last effort to give this Taco Bell a chance. In the future I will drive the 20 minutes out of my way to stop at the Highway 27 location. Again, I do not want to put any blame on the good folks working at the Taco bell. They are doing their best, but obviously way understaffed and perhaps way under trained. Everyone has been very apologetic for my experience at Taco bell. Kind of funny to say my Taco Bell experience, but there are much better operated Taco Bells pretty much everywhere I go.
