I have placed the order and they gave me a hard shell taco when I didn’t ask for a hardshell taco I don’t even know how long that taco been staying inside the store

Worst ever! Broken tacos and when I called for a remake Andrea had no issues remaking it.i go to pick up on night shift after work (what we agreed too) night shift acts like they have no clue after the manager on night shift confirmed it. My husbands with me and said we’re here to pick up the remake and they said “we don’t have anything like that” I get on the intercom and say “yes we do Ashley and you guys said you’d remake it 20 minutes ago” and now you suddenly have my order. WORST TACO BELL EVER! RUN NY A BUNCH OF KIDS!!
PLEASE FIRE EVERYONE AND START OVER!!!

it is posted online they are open until 2am. I placed a doordash order around 12:45am , to be delivered around 1:30am. they CONFIRMED the order. They said they were PREPARING the order. The door dasher arrived, they then told the door dasher they were not “accepting orders” and when our dasher tried to explain the order was already placed and “prepared” they denied and CUSSED at him. This order was 100 dollars and a complete waste. TRUST AND BELIEVE this will be dealt with. Worst taco bell experience i’ve ever had. I would rather go to downtown atlanta, go through traffic, fight an homeless person, and attempt to eat at the varsity without getting food poisoning then EVER try and eat here again. 0/10

The associates are very friendly however if you order for dine in it will always be made to go and the kiosk doesn't register check in. What is the point of having Taco Bell rewards if you cant use them?

Was trying to get some food abt 12 when I got to the speaker the lady said there not taking anymore orders so asked if I could come inside and she said not taking anymore orders very rude and unprofessional will not return to this location
Terrible service. I came with my boyfriend around 3:30pm and just now left with our food. The young lady taking orders in the drive through had us sit for about 5 mins then said order when you’re ready. No greeting or anything. We said okay thank you one second. As soon as he tried to speak again she said “oh actually one second sir.” Then took another 5 mins. When he finally did get a chance to order she kept interrupting his sentences. As we pulled up to the window they said “oh actually pull up to the second window she got you there.” Then all 4 employees inside laughed. We sat awhile at the window before we were able to pay and at that point my boyfriend was irritated and asked for the manager. Of course they “couldn’t hear him” so he repeated it a few times to which one young lady answered one second. Another lady came from the back, seemed a bit older than everyone else and asked him “what did you need” he said he just wanted to know who was the manger on duty or their name. To which she answered “oh we can’t give out that information.” I then asked for the corporate number and she responded “oh, you would have to look that up” and closed the window. We didn’t receive our food until around 4:15pm.

The food was cold.didn't get everything I ordered. The chalupas were tough. The soft shell taco was cold and falling apart. Tried calling the number on the website 20 times and no one answered.
