Its a normal experience at waffle house and I cant really say much because everyone already knows what a waffle house experience is. The only downfall is that the night time cook that was there overcooked my hashbrowns and my hashbrown bowl looked nothing like the picture the hashbrowns looked very scarce. Aside from that the customer service was great.

Today I went to the waffle house in Bankhead highway and I was very upset about the service they provided today. I brought my cup of coffee that I was being in and today one of the waitress was very rude and saying she couldn’t fill my personal cup and if I even wanted to drink my coffee I had to fill it myself. I asked for the manager and she came in saying she was going to talk to me but she didn’t came to me. Everyone there working was very racist and talking about me and my wife behind my back. I always went there and we never had this problem but today they wanted to act out. Me and my wife left feeling very uncomfortable, not wanted, and discriminated. Would not recommend to no one and only left a star because I couldn’t leave zero! WILL NOT GOING BACK AGAIN!

We went in to have lunch and was sat in Lisa’s section. She took forever to come take our order. She wasn’t friendly at all. When I told her my eggs did not have cheese and could she have them remade she just told me they had cheese on them and walked away. I again told her how unhappy I was when she came by the table and she ignored me. When we checked out I AGAIN told her how unhappy I was and that I felt like my eggs should have been remade. She asked what was she supposed to do about it? She said they’d still look the same. She argued with me for a solid five minutes about how there was nothing she could do and said I never asked her to remake the eggs. Everyone heard me ask her. The manager sat and watched and never said anything. Awful awful experience. Would NOT recommend this place unless you want to leave frustrated and still hungry.

order a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and they gave me a BLT. then when i reordered my bacon egg and cheese sandwich they only gave me bacon and egg. i also ordered a side of bacon and never got it after asking 3 times. yet still got charged for it.

Always fast and friendly. Wish menu was a little more low carb friendly and sugar free jelly was offered. A Senior discount for regulars would be welcome. That being said, I'm a regular and typically leave satisfied.

We been going to this Waffle House for about a month of Sundays for Breakfast before Church. Like the motto - Good Food Fast, that's how it has been except it not good food, leaning to excellent. The Blueberry Waffles is like almost eating a muffin, but I suggest ordering it dark, it will be a deep golder color, which allows for a better flavor on the waffle. And in that short of a time, the waitress are already starting to know what we like!
