Service was terrible when I was trying to order my food the waitress was VERY rude for no reason. I told her I didn’t want much cheese in my eggs and i don’t know why but it made her mad. I then proceeded to ask a question about the menu and it seem to be the biggest inconvenience of her day. It wasn’t the first time I had a bad experience with this waitress (Nikki). Every other time I’ve been here service was alright (with different waitresses). Will be getting in touch with management too, doubt they will do anything though. After I was done eating I added up the total for what my food should have cost and for some reason she decided to charge me for cheese in my eggs that’s supposed to come in the cheesecake and cheese eggs. When I brought it up to her she decided to be rude once again.

This is one of the best waffle house I have been to! The customer service is just wow! My waitress,( she wears glasses and usually works the morning shift) but her customer service is phenomenal!! The food, the atmosphere, the hostess and just everything was awesome 😎
