My favorite part is how fun it is to go to this Waffle House! I choose this one over locations closer because of the customer service. Heidi and Stacy always make it a welcoming environment and always handle any requests with a great attitude! Best employees I’ve ever met!

As a server, Heidi makes all of her guests feel very welcome and always offers great service. As well Stacy also always provides cooked food that is cooked to exactly how our party enjoys it! We’ve been coming here regularly for about a year just to see these two!!

The food was absolutely amazing. The server and the manager.\Cook was awesome. Their customer service was extraordinary, warm and comfortable and they were great. The Oliver experience was awesome. I highly recommend this waffle House.

8/25/2024 around 2300. We just got home from ordering several meals from Waffle House. We had 3 separate orders. It took nearly 45 mins to get our food that was cold and prepared poorly. The bacon and the Hasbrouck were burnt and the waffles did not look like Waffle House Signature waffles, they were thin with a weird shape like there was not enough batter to make them. The cook was rude and unprofessional. The cook was handling our food like she was upset about something and the sever had keep telling her what we had ordered. The cook also got things wrong on our order and she missed items in our order and when she was inform of the missing items on our order she became more upset. The cook's attitude and actions was very unprofessional. As a result we received poorly cooked food.

Placed an online order and coworker picked up the order. She asked for 2 butters and 2 syrups for my waffle. I received 1 syrup and a BURNED waffle. Took it back and was told they would replace the waffle but they weren't aware of the extra request. I advised this was asked in person not on the order. I was then told there's a 25 cents charge for additional syrup. I asked if this was new because my office eat at this location often. The lady told me she's been there 10 years and it's always been this way. Sooo I had to be inconvenienced by returning to the restaurant with an overcooked waffle and missing condiments and charged for ONE ADDITIONAL syrup! Wow waffle house....THANK YOU! I need to eat at home and save money anyway. I'm done and it's been nice
Tatum and Heidi made our night. I cannot remember the cooks name, I believe Mark, but the food was out of this world. The bacon was crunchy. The eggs were fried to perfection. Overall 10/10 experience. Tatum and Heidi had us laughing. Tatum was our server, she was great! I am a regular and always have a pleasant time in there.
Absolutely incredibly rude drug heads working here. Heidi and Stacy. Making out in the parking lot. Super handsy. Spazzoid behavior. Shouting and cussing curses out in the air. Violent hand waving pointing. I drove for 12 hours to get to here and wait for someone to meet me. After eating and leaving a decent tip, I went out and sat in the car and thought about going to Walmart or something but that is much further away, and I wanted to be here when my help was needed. The other customer Nick just had two friends die, and another repeat customer with us. After my friends left, I was waiting on the last one to get off work, and had went back out to the car to move it further from the main parking area, and moved it way out to the back parking and parked near a Semi truck that had pulled up while I was inside eating. The guy was taking a nap. I tried to nap for an hour since I had just been sitting there for two hours after such a long day. The truck was pretty loud but this loud a waffle house worker and her girlfriend were both cuddling and smoking in the driver's seat of their car whilst periodically coming over and screaming at me and shouting profanity, about how this wasn't a truck stop and I had no business being there. How dare I. Frantically waving and jerking hands pointing down the road. Heidi was my waitress/server or whatever, and I had left her a tip because she really seemed super flustered about her work load. I mentioned that I had left a tip, because I was wanting to connect with her about what was happening, but she said it wasn't about the tip, and asked me did I even know how dangerous it was for her, and stated that I best get out of the parking lot before she called the police to escort me out. Naturally I administered the b word and left. I had told her inside while eating that Nick and I had just lost two friends, and she said that sucked. Then when outside she was very aware of my many states away license plate and knew I was traveling. So obviously waffle House isn't a safe place for travelers anymore, which is what they mainly bank on and have promoted to me all my life. It's dangerous for the workers and the customers. You've been watching to much lifetime and getting into the virtue taken lifestyle Heidi. And her excuse was that I should have explained myself more than I did, and obviously to convince the world that I'm not a killer every where I go as soon as I get there. Please explain everything to her if you do anything and wait for her explicit approval or explanation of how you should react to each situation you are faced with before doing anything if you meet this nasty one.

Always over crowded. We always order to go when we're visiting because we have never been able to get a table. Far as the service i don't like to feel rushed. There are so many delicious options on the menu... so sometimes it's hard to srlect.
