Absolutely horrific service and filthy on the inside. Ordered 3-piece chicken fingers. They sent me forward in the drive thru and forgot about me. I was patient until I realized they weren’t coming out. Went in and reminded them I was sitting out there waiting. She grunted, rolled her eyes and slung a bag down the counter, didn’t even close the chicken box. Other patrons commented on her attitude and horrible reaction. This is when I noticed how filthy the tables and floors were too. The new/improved chicken fingers: Holy Grossman! 1988 Cafeteria called…it wants its manufactured chicken meat back! Pretty sure there was a square edge under the eight pounds of breading! I miss Wendy’s. They used to rock their hamburgers and chicken. This 2025 version is clearly bringing on the zombie apocalypse. Never going back!

Normally I don’t leave reviews on restaurants but this place today was terrible. The order was wrong, the burgers were terrible and old, over cooked and you could tell the meat had been sitting for a long time. The guy in the drive through was very unfriendly and very sarcastic. Not a good experience at all and I won’t be going back there.

Wendys in Carrollton really went down hill. Just ordered wendys double meal. The burgers were not seasoned at all (bland). Fries were half black. Over fried. Instead of throwing them out I guess they were ok for the drive through. Will eat somewhere else next time. It's a shame because I like Wendy's.

I went to dine in. Stood there 15 minutes trying to use the kiosk to place my order just to receive a uhh ohh message. Attempted to use the machine again just to receive the same message. I asked the manager can place our order at the register because of the issues with the kiosk. She told me their servers were down. They stood there and didn’t say a word until I asked. Extremely Poor customer service, then the manager had the nerve to say “I thought they put signs up”.
