I don’t even write reviews but please be careful ordering here. After waiting for a good 10 minutes for my food at the drive thru, I went home only to eat a RAW CHICKEN sandwich. I didn’t realize it was raw until after I had taken a few big bites. I’m disgusted and I really hope this doesn’t make me sick.

Sorry excuse for a place of business..I was a former member of the place and was supposed to get paid the day before thanksgiving and I haven't received it..I went through the proper procedure as far as human resources and corporate and still haven't received a email or my check

What is up with a robot taking my order ? I want a real person. It kept getting my order wrong . The food was also poorly made .

People spend their working money to get food. Yesterday I even mobile ordered it wasn’t late either. Burger was cold asf, nuggets weren’t warm. Fries were okay. But a cold as burger .. lady even looked at me in my eyes when giving me that food.

I ordered 2 honey butter biscuits and 2 sausage biscuits, she typed 2 honey chicken biscuits and I didnt say chicken at all. finally she took my order minus dark biscuits, as i was leaving and paying for my order, i didnt get a receipt. When i got home the sausage was over cooked, and had very little honey/butter on biscuits. Called manager, he told me he would replace the order. but when I got there the women at the window told me they dont replace the food without the other food, the manager failed to tell them that HE told me he would replace the order, I only call to tell the manager his food service was bad/overcooked and lacked service to satisfy customers, even after taking my time to tell the manager how poor his quality of food served, and when talked to the females at the window I fully understand they didnt really care how unsatisfied customers might be. I will never return to this wendy's, burger kings's policy is customer is always right.

absolutely terrible service. no one was in line, picked up a mobile order for a friend. skipped the line not knowing i had to stop at the speaker before( no one in line again) got to the window and the “boy” who i did mot get a name from but had smuth greasy dreads prolly pretty recognizable by my desc but he proceeded to tell me i needed to go to the speaker first and say i have a mobile order which is totally fine and i apologized twice explaining ive never done mobile orders and didnt know untill he explained that to me. again this is all okay, untill he leaves the window open on purpose and proceeds to talk abt me and my friend. phrases such as “ shes very rude and and that were gonna ruin her day now look at her,” the exact words from his mouth. again very nice and apologetic and used manners on our end but not his. as he kept going on and on for around 3 mins now my friend spoke up and said “im here i can hear you talking abt us” then the smuth greasy dread boy proceeded to say “awe were ruining your day were not talking abt you” then continued to keep on and on talking abt us and us being rude again no one in line. if we knew ahead of time we wouldved stopped at the speaker before but again never done one of those orders before and we were polite and apologetic but we received The complete opposite and he wouldnt stop as he kept the window open talking very loudly as we could hear him and making rude gusters and pointing. again didnt get a name but around 7:30 on oct 15 2024 maybe hell see this or someone will recognize who im talking abt with the smuth greasy dreads. calling corporate or manger wont do anything, so maybe hell read this atleast.

Mobile order waiting was long one person in front, when I got to the window I was said To go forward meat was not ready this was at 2:15 pm no customer in or out . The order was wrong and the lady had an attitude and didn’t even care. This was today sept 29 2024 2:15 pm, it was my favorite Wendy’s . No longer will go there they need training how to deal with customers And orders .

Wow, what a big shocker. See I usually write positive reviews, but this has to be said out to locals. The other Wendy's does better, but this location can't really get their act together? I'm not really done with Wendy's, or the food chain entirely, however for the past couple of instances, the service is just non-stop awful. I thought this location would get their act up but it seems to fail to meet those requirements. The food is great as always but I am really not surprised to see why others no longer choose eating here.

I used to go there and the service was usually amazing but, I could think it's new management. It could be me but I mostly think new management caused this location to suffer through a sad decline. If anything this location should change their management, and just change the way this location operates. You have been beware about this ongoing situation!

Poorly ran Wendy’s. I had the new saucy wings combo. The fries tasted old. It gave me a stomachache. Not the best customer service as well. Will never be back to this location.

Had went up there yesterday and ordered a large baconator meal. I got the wrong meal, but when I came back up, there was Tam, who really helped make things right. Really went out her way to make sure that I got the entire meal remade the right way and was fresh. Tam really was amazing, and I would totally recommend eating here as you know that Tam is going to treat you right.

This establishment is beyond terrible. The service is reprehensible, absolutely absurd. I don’t know what the problem is but then again I do. What a disgrace. Dave is turning in his grave…

I’ve had bad experiences on two separate occasions, both on Sunday evenings. I had to drive back to the Wendy’s while it was storming after getting home and seeing they gave me the wrong order. They will give you the wrong order and act like you are inconveniencing them when you ask them to correct their mistakes. Terrible customer service and management. The manager laughed when the cashier told her they gave me a chicken sandwich instead of a burger. At first, the manager didn’t want to give me anything for free for the inconvenience but then gave me a fountain drink. The interaction was very unprofessional and they do not care about customer satisfaction. Everyone who works here needs to be put on a development plan or fired.

Food was burned and cold . Cashier was rude . Was rushing then forgot some of our food . When we told her , she argued then realized she was wrong . Blamed her attitude on being “ready to go home” like that’s not my fault you working late .
