The worst Wendy's... The I went before last it took them 15 minutes to get me just a chicken nugget meal. This past time they had me pull forward because I ordered a single breakfast meal; I waited forever for that meal, too. They didn't give me a straw, and the soda they gave me ran out of syurp so it tasted awful. Don't come to this location unless you want to be dissapointed.

Omg!!! I tasted Wendy's Cold Brew Coffee in Vanilla and Caramel Flavor and I am HOOKED. Their coffee is superb and the french toast sticks are just delicious!!!! You have to try both to see for yourself!!!! Make sure you come to the Bankhead hwy location here in Carrollton!

I went thru the drive thru and ordered a combo. They asked me to pull up for three minutes because the sandwich wasn't quite ready. I asked her to please put ketchup and mayo in the bag. She gave me some evil look and turned her back. They finally brought my food out, and there were no condiments in the bag. I walk in and the manager is at the register and takes two minutes to ask me what I need. I ask for ketchup and mayo at which point she tells me they are out of ketchup. How the hell does a burger joint run out of ketchup??? They need to hire somebody that can do their job.

You know how it seems there are two of each fast food restaurant in a medium sized town? Well, this is the better one. They use phrases like 'please' and 'thank you', and 'have a nice day' which is a refreshing change from barking out the cost of your order and nothing else then thrusting your bag at you and turning away without saying a word. The food is well prepared and accurate as well.

I'm genuinely not sure why this place is rated an average of just three stars. This one can at least change to just a ten star experience. The employees in the establishment were kind and seemed like they loved their job. I ordered myself a Pretzel Baconator sandwich, with fries and a strawberry lemonade. The burger was hot and juicy, and the fries were very crispy and delicious! The drink was very refreshing. I will be sure to return to this location, the other location is in such decline. Thanks to the employees for making me feel very welcomed at this location. I will now be choosing this location as my main if I ever want to go for Wendy's!

I was told by two different employees that they could not find the number to their corporate office. I was told to Google it. Even the employees were grossed out by this sandwich. Once they handed it to the “cook” to look at he quickly tossed it in the trash.

When I came to the place at first I thought it would be the same as the reviews. But this time it was different. The food is delicious and the service is actually on point. They get your orders and food fresh and the employees are so nice! I will be happy to say I will come back to this establishment again. Very tasty, delicious and affordable. Clean bathrooms too.
