I ordered a chicken apple pecan salad without apples, I pulled up to the window to pay and I was welcomed with arguing and yelling in front of me. The young Hispanic male was trying to talk with me , but he couldn't hear my request and the cacusian female and the African American male were going n forth and the female brought my food to me and my order was incomplete and I received the rest of my order because I was on a time crunch for lunch. I was the only person in line and it took 8 mins to get a salad that was made incorrectly my salad had apples on it I'm allergic to apples. I will never purchase anything from Wendys again. I threw away my lunch so I wouldn't end up in the hospital.

No tomatoes, last time no lettuce. This location is literally 2 blocks from Food depot. There is no reason they should not have lettuce and tomatoes for their sandwiches.

This has got to be one of the worst fast food restaurants ive been to. The food isn't the problem, its the people that work there. Ive been twice and both times I was charged for extra items I didn't order. And they dont repeat ur order back to u to make sure its right. They put the blame on the order taking machine. The girls working the drive thru seem as if they have no idea wuts going on. Horribly ran...the GM needs to get ahold of the staff and straighten it out.

This location has lobby hours set to open at 9am. They are NEVER open at 9am, EVER. TYPICALLY they open the lobby at 10 or even later. When you do get a chance to go inside *most* of the staff acts like you’re an inconvenience and they could care less about customers. Just avoid….

Ordered two double burgers and got home they gave me single burgers instead‼️😡 Didn’t give me a receipt with my change so when I tried to get them to fix my order they told me to bad. 10/9/25 at 7:20 pm this happened. I will NEVER go back after being treated that way.
This my 2nd time going back to this Wendy’s after the 1st time they didn’t give me my caramel crunch frosty. Now this time they didn’t give me my French fries after I ordered a Baconader Combo. I will most definitely not b returning to this location. I don’t care if I have to drive 20 miles in a different direction. Just plain horrible

Held the door for an employees smoking outside and went back to work not bothering to wash their hands. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no one greeting or saying anything. Was met with total silience and death glares. I told them their ketchup was out just stared at me. Horrible atmosphere and service.

I really didn't want to give any stars..The night staff sucks! 2 employees are always outside doing God knows what.With cars wrapped around the drive thru.Whatever happened to the old crew never had any problems with them.I always have to pull to the side to wait on a order and once I get home 'Surprise! Its not what I ordered.Its has been 3 times they have messed up my order🤬This crew really suck! Mr.Paul is about the best one out of the whole crew..I will be reaching out to corporate about this night crew..

Wish i could post my Potato no bacon look like it's been squeezed enough cheese for me to save some to go on my cheese eggs in the morning this is twice night shift messed up my order i gotta get Mr Paul schedule he's always on point when he's working nights.
