Held the door for an employees smoking outside and went back to work not bothering to wash their hands. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no one greeting or saying anything. Was met with total silience and death glares. I told them their ketchup was out just stared at me. Horrible atmosphere and service.

I really didn't want to give any stars..The night staff sucks! 2 employees are always outside doing God knows what.With cars wrapped around the drive thru.Whatever happened to the old crew never had any problems with them.I always have to pull to the side to wait on a order and once I get home 'Surprise! Its not what I ordered.Its has been 3 times they have messed up my order🤬This crew really suck! Mr.Paul is about the best one out of the whole crew..I will be reaching out to corporate about this night crew..

Wish i could post my Potato no bacon look like it's been squeezed enough cheese for me to save some to go on my cheese eggs in the morning this is twice night shift messed up my order i gotta get Mr Paul schedule he's always on point when he's working nights.

Used the automated drive thru and at least it understood my order. However, we didn't even receive what I paid for. Ordered 2 burgers, of which one was wrong, and nuggets that I paid for and didn't receive. Some things still remain the same no matter the location or how new the outside may look. Very disappointed.

This Wendy’s is the absolute worst, ordered a Baconator no cheese very dry and cold, the other food we ordered was equally as bad and cold too ,we spent 26.00 , they were out of cheese because the truck had not been there, no excuse for this people in management not doing their job, nothing was said when we ordered that they were out of cheese , employees looked like they hadn’t taken a bath in days, everything was terrible, I guess Wendy’s no longer has a dress code, employees dressed in jeans jeans , nose rings in nose, absolutely disgusting. I will never go back to this location, the whole crew needs to be fired as well as the district manager for allowing this kind of crap , it’s no surprise that Chick-fil-A is #1 not only in the food category ,cleanliness and dress code, Wendy’s needs to take a closer look at themselves, I am sure Dave Thomas would be very disappointed with the way his restaurants are being run. This location will be closed very soon, get your act together.

The worst Wendy's... The I went before last it took them 15 minutes to get me just a chicken nugget meal. This past time they had me pull forward because I ordered a single breakfast meal; I waited forever for that meal, too. They didn't give me a straw, and the soda they gave me ran out of syurp so it tasted awful. Don't come to this location unless you want to be dissapointed.

Omg!!! I tasted Wendy's Cold Brew Coffee in Vanilla and Caramel Flavor and I am HOOKED. Their coffee is superb and the french toast sticks are just delicious!!!! You have to try both to see for yourself!!!! Make sure you come to the Bankhead hwy location here in Carrollton!

I went thru the drive thru and ordered a combo. They asked me to pull up for three minutes because the sandwich wasn't quite ready. I asked her to please put ketchup and mayo in the bag. She gave me some evil look and turned her back. They finally brought my food out, and there were no condiments in the bag. I walk in and the manager is at the register and takes two minutes to ask me what I need. I ask for ketchup and mayo at which point she tells me they are out of ketchup. How the hell does a burger joint run out of ketchup??? They need to hire somebody that can do their job.

You know how it seems there are two of each fast food restaurant in a medium sized town? Well, this is the better one. They use phrases like 'please' and 'thank you', and 'have a nice day' which is a refreshing change from barking out the cost of your order and nothing else then thrusting your bag at you and turning away without saying a word. The food is well prepared and accurate as well.
