Ordered curbside and I kept seeing someone come out to give drive thru people their orders. After 20 minutes of placing my order and waiting i went inside and my food is just sitting on the shelf as a carry out order. Very irritating seeing that. Someone could’ve came and asked me if I had an order at least. Haven’t even ate my food right now which is why I’m leaving it at a one.

Worst 1 i have ever gone to. My daughters and her boyfriend food was cold they lady gave them an attitude from the start of the order. food took 30 min. They asked for warm food the lady thru the tray on the floor made a mess. Sunday afternoon shift should be fired.

My hubby and I went in yesterday for a date night. There was nobody inside when we got there waiting to order and the dining room was empty. The drive thru had maybe 3 cars in it. We thought it would be pretty quick. We order, and the lady at the register was super nice. No complaints on her. The manager and the rest of the 8 employees that were there were just standing around. This lady comes in and they talk to her like they know her. She had a to go order. 20 minutes later, our food is up. It’s under the heat lamp. My husband is standing at the counter and they are facing away from him. They get the other ladies food and give it to her. She leaves. My husband said “is our food ready or what?” The manager said “we were just waiting for wings.” My husband said “we didn’t order wings. That lady that came in after us did. We’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes and our goods been up on the top counter for a minute or two.” He said “oh sorry.” (WHILE HE WAS STARING AT IT THE WHOLE TIME) He then gave us the food and the employees were laughing and being stupid. The food however tasted good. Could have been a little hotter.

Paid for 20 wings only got 11. Asked for sauce got nothing. Go to the one in villa rica if you actually want your food and it to not be cold.
Zaxby's is a fast food joint that not many others enjoy eating at. Founded by the '90s, it's origin was based in Statesboro, Georgia. It later expanded their locations in the late 90's to the 2000s and at that time was its peak. This one opened up not too long ago in the 2000s, located off Bankhead Highway. Stepping into this location, the atmosphere was quiet and wasn't really busy. However they did get started with my order right away immediately after I arrived. It wasn't difficult to order at the front counter.
I got the #5; Kickin' Combo. The sandwich (or rather the Texas Toast Sandwich) included three chicken strips drenched with their signature sauce and with ranch if I can recall. I also got a side with fries and got a soft drink. The fries were delicious and well seasoned. While using the machine for soft drinks the order came in just a minute, it was hot, ready to eat. The employees were really amazing too. Can't complain about their convenience and their impressive service.
The soft drink wasn't watered down. It tasted exactly like a soda machine. Nothing really amazing about getting a soft drink but it still was great. After finishing my meal I decided to save some space for a milkshake that came back from the 2000s. I got the birthday milkshake. It was very delicious and tasted exactly like a milkshake. It had great flavor too. The bathrooms were old school and clean! Teriyaki sauce is great too. Yes you heard me they have teriyaki sauce in all locations. Their signature sauce was delicious too.

BOTH Carrollton locations are going down hill in quality. Fries are either undercooked or super overcooked and basically have so much cooking oil the US might invade. Staff today at 730pm said "ok we can start breaking down" like really, you have hours til close. No more tea being made, etc... you clean the store AFTER you close. If you are open customer service is the focus people. That is what they pay you to do, theft of time and dereliction of job duties has got to stop being the norm. You have pictograph step by step how to do your job. Why is my cheese on my club 75% outside my sandwich? Why is it missing ingredients? Corporate and management this falls on you also, reflection of your lack luster ability to maintain standards. Franchise or not it reflects poorly on you. Give good service, quality product, and a good price and customers will flock. Smaller profit margins make more overall if you have no one competing. Look at Chick-fil-A. Get your act together or go the way of Long John and Kmart.

threw my food in the bag causing the barbecue tenders, bread, and fries to mix all together and sauce spilled into the bag. also why are they not selling milkshakes if they have them on their menu?

While in between baseball games, we placed a mobile order so we could grab food and get back to the park on time, thinking that would be a quick option. Mobile order was placed in the parking lot at 12:39PM (with a pickup time on the receipt of 12:53PM) and went in. We got to the restaurant and there was a big line of people waiting to order. We thought in that moment we made a wise decision to order ahead. By 1:06PM we noticed all those in the line had ordered and received their food. Since we still had not received our order, I went up and asked about it. I let her know we had already been waiting over 20 mins and the entire line had already been helped. She said they have to help everyone in line before mobile orders so they were just starting our order at that time. We finally received our food around 1:20PM. We ran to the car to get back to the ballfield. I checked our order in the car and it was short an entire meal and an order of fries. My husband ended up having to run our son back to the ballpark (without eating) and leave me there to get the order corrected. By the time things were said and done, and we are finally on the way back to the park, it's now 1:31PM. We spent almost an hour just trying to get our food. All this was without a single apology from the staff.
I’m pregnant and really enjoyed the fries from Zaxby’s. The only thing I added was extra seasoning because it never seems enough. This is the third time I’ve gone and asked for extra seasoning and didn’t receive it. So I went back and asked for extra seasoning on the side to see if I could actually get my actual extra seasoning. I got a pinch of extra seasoning on the side. A pinch. I’m pregnant give me my dang seasoning, stop being so stingey.

Terrible experience. I ordered a Mr. Beast box online and it showed my order was ready at 1:29. I did not get my order filled, only because I complained, until 1:54. The Mr. Beast box did not have any white cheddar bites and when I went back in they informed me they were out. I paid over $12 for a box that was missing bites and the feastable bar. Not one of the workers apologized or offered to substitute. They were rude and very unprofessional. Never again will I go to this Zaxby’s.

At this point.. Fire everyone in the back lol. The point of hiring people is to hire the ones who will actually show up and do the job correctly.. not hire people that dont care. I blame the manager, find someone who can actually manage a business!
