I have more bad then good experiences at this location!! If the food isn't cold and under cooked then there is hair in food. And tonight there was a bug in my salad ??. I don't recommend this location.

I love this place! I tried the marinated grilled chicken breast sandwich for the first time yesterday and it was amazing! The zensation salad is also a favorite! Restaurant was clean and the staff was especially the counter person named Isaac!

Paid extra to have my tenders tossed in sauce. Tenders weren’t even fully covered and my boneless wings were dry like they were sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Felt like I was chewing on a piece of jerky.

I'm not sure what their mindset is, but serving only 1 vehicle at a time is still a bottleneck in production. You're only creating more effort by asking customers to park and walking their orders to them. The only thing I can think of is inexperience or an idiot in charge. Even with understaffing, I can't understand it...Also, on my receipt it says coleslaw and fries. I got no coleslaw.

We ate lunch there yesterday, the guy I work with and myself got sick. I swear they dropped the food back down in the grease or something the fingers were cold but scalding hot on the inside. We sat down and herd some laughing from the back. I guess it was funny to take the piss out of us. Not a mistake made twice ??????

Couldn't really hear my total and didn't think much of it because I was only getting 20 wings so that's on me, but if I'm going to pay $33 for 20 wings they should be better than what I got. I love me some Zaxby's wings but these were lackluster, short one and overpriced.

Tried the new chicken Philly, it was ok, I wouldn't order it again. Love the Zax snack and the zalads. I really wish they would bring back the club! Mostly clean location (sticky floors). Service was good.
