Friendly employees... But SLOW service on the two visits I have made. The restaurant is clean. Nice atmosphere. I love the club sandwich and tater tots. Onion rings in picture are what I received on first visit. Shared my disappointment with the quantity of onion rings with a manager before I left and she said to remind her on next visit. Of course on following visit she was not there but the manager on duty made it right. Friends have enjoyed their FOOD selections also. Good employees here.... Just don't be in a hurry.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome... But may get bored and antsy.

Food is good, the service is good, just very slow, I'm sure they are understaffed.
The next time we called in and picked up and the order was wrong ordered a mushroom Swiss, got a smokehouse, my husband felt bad for them so he just took it.

I recently went here to place a simple to go order. I was greeted when I walked in the door and then my whole experience went downhill from there. I was ready to order but the wait staff was talking and socializing instead of working. I finally got to place my order, I asked how long and the response was 15-20 minutes. I said fine. While I was there a person came in about 15 minutes later to pick up a to-go order. He asked if he could add some wings to his order. He got his wings before I got my order which was placed before he got there. I could tell he must have been a regular because all the girls were socializing and flirting with him. Another family came in, ordered their food and got it in 20 minutes. I got up to ask about my order and was told about another three minutes. I have already been there almost 30 minutes. They finally gave me my order. I went home to see the wings were fried hard and the French fries were lukewarm and old. This place was good but it has gone downhill. If Mark Jones owns place it needs to be cleared out and start over. This place is run by a bunch of young people who know nothing about customer service and how to keep orders in line. If I could give zero stars I would. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I found this place that was fairly close to us in Harris County. He placed the order, I picked the food up on the way home from work. Our total was $53 and some change, a bit expensive for what we ordered but we were like whatever. I left a $5 tip on top of that, for a to go order. When I checked my bank statement, I was charged $69.50. I tried all day the following day to call them and got a message that the line was out of order. I stopped that evening and was told there was not a manger or owner I could speak with. I left my number and asked for a call the following day. The next day by 5:00pm, still no call. I called them and was told they could give me credit for a future meal order but could do nothing about refunding the difference because the ticket had been closed out. Shame on them. I will dispute the charge with my bank but they could have had a new customer. I will NEVER patronize this business again and I would suggest that you check your statement for charges.

Pies & Thighs is a hidden gem that truly goes above and beyond expectations. This small hole-in-the-wall restaurant may seem unassuming from the outside, but once you step inside, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the well-maintained seating area to the impeccable service.

If you plan on dining at Pies & Thighs, make sure to arrive early because the tables fill up quickly – and for good reason. The food is nothing short of amazing! The menu caters to a wide range of palates, from those with a Southern appetite to the pickiest of eaters, both young and old. The menu is expertly crafted, making it easy to navigate with plenty of options that will keep you coming back for months.

Our mouthwatering journey began with the Corn Bites, and they were nothing short of perfection. Arriving promptly and perfectly deep-fried, each bite was a burst of flavor that left us craving more. Adding a splash of their homemade Honey Mustard was the perfect finishing touch.

Next, we delved into the pizza selection, opting for the “Slice of Pie” with pineapple and pepperoni. The pizza was baked to perfection, boasting a crispy crust and an explosion of flavors. It’s safe to say that if you’re a fan of Southern cuisine, Pies & Thighs is your new go-to spot. The meatloaf, Mac and cheese, and greens with a side of cornbread could satisfy even the most ardent Southern food enthusiast.

In conclusion, Pies & Thighs is a culinary delight that exceeds expectations. With its inviting ambiance, diverse menu, and mouthwatering dishes, this restaurant is a must-visit for food enthusiasts looking for an unforgettable dining experience. #PiesAndThighs #HiddenGem #SouthernFlavors #CulinaryDelight #FoodieHeaven
