Was doing a little antiquing and popped in for a coffee. Such a cute little coffee shop! Ordered an iced white mocha and it was a 10/10. While my friend and I were chatting, the owner asked if we would care for a sundae as she was training a new employee. Oh. My. Goodness. It was heaven!!! If you are in the area, stop at this adorable little shop and treat yourself!

I just went there yesterday and was extremely disappointed. The place was run by a gentleman who was scooping ice cream without wearing gloves, had no dishwasher to thoroughly clean the utensils, and was handling payments at the same time. As a result, there was a long line. Sometimes customers ordered milkshakes, which caused further delays and inconvenience to others.
Downtown Cave Spring is a very small area, and there are no competitors operating a dessert café. They didn’t even have a dishwasher to clean the blender, so I don’t trust the cleanliness of this place.
It felt like watching a YouTube video of Indian street food vendors: none of them were wearing gloves, and they only lightly rinsed the utensils.

Ordered an iced latte and got two espresso shots over ice with cold brew and only a splash of milk. As a barista, dissatisfied in knowledge. If I wanted a cold brew with espresso and a splash of milk I would have ordered that instead of a latte. Lattes are milky by nature and do not standardly come with brewed coffee. Tasted very watered down due to this.
