Went through the drive thru, reiterated at the windows that my wife had a tomato allergy (they didn't put it in when I said it at the speaker). Get home, it's on the wrapper no tomato no onion, both are on it, go back to swap it, and there's 5 people on a slow night laughing at customers mispronouncing things over the intercom. Any effort at all would be appreciated. Also kids meal didn't have sauce or a toy.

My husband went to get us dinner and told them MULTIPLE times that I was allergic to tomatoes, they told him it would be no problem. He comes home and guess what’s covered in tomatoes. He goes back up to speak to them about it and they’re inside laughing at customers. Absolutely disgusting how little they care. Do better.

Still have a lot of stuff added to burgers which is great…BUT they have changed their meat! It just crumbled in my mouth with each bite! Not even good flavor either. That can’t be covered up with lots of onion tomato’s and bacon. It’s just weird. They’ve become skimpy on their kids meals too.

The Burger King in Cedartown is very focused and on point. I have yet to have a missing item or food prepared wrong on specific requests. I like this Burger King. The employees are very personable and professional. They are attentive to my requests for catsup packets, dipping sauces, salt, and napkins without any roll of the eyes or as if they are doing me a favor by listening. I wish that some of the other fast food establishments in town could learn from this Burger King!!! They might have a better idea of customer service and food quality.!

I went out a couple days ago and ordered a burger and fries but come to receive an eye lash in my Hienz ketchup packet which grossed me out so much that I just threw up on the spot and forgot that I needed to eat.
