Terrible food. My food took 15 minutes for a carry out order. It came out with mysterious crumbs on my friends that were black. My food also looked like it was tossed in the box and shaken. My food was terrible. I got the sampler. The fish tasted extreme off, and I smelled it to find out it smelled like dirty feet. The best thing was probably the 3 shrimp I ate. The food made me feel extremely nauseous. I had people with me and they tried it and had the same results. Would NOT be coming back!!!

Had an online order. I got there and there was 1 car in the parking lot with one car ahead of me in the drive thru. Took TWENTY minutes to get my food after the pick up time with ONE car ahead of me. Once I got to the window, the person there was preparing drinks (probably for the car behind me, which I didn’t have one) and took another 3 minutes to even ask what the name on the order was while I saw my food just sitting there. Got home and it was almost completely cold. The slowest place in town BY FAR!! This has happened multiple times I’ve been lately. Not sure if under new management or what, but workers have no urgency to get orders out, while not taking care of the first customer first. Ridiculous and unacceptable. I will not be back. This place has gone way down hill the last year or so.

My food was fine, (although hub's coleslaw tasted of nothing). The service was fine also. But I was very disappointed to be told that you aren't carrying lobster any more, despite it still being listed on the menu and promoted on the window posters. I understand it's seasonal, but make the changes in the advertising and menu boards please

I ordered fish and shrimp only to find out you could only get if you order online. Ended up having to pay for 2 orders. Why didn't the sever tell me that when taking my order. Want be back there any more. What a waste of money 💰. 💰

We went thru drive thru.we spent $34.00 for two meals.our fish was half the size it usually and it was not flaky but white on the inside.We both got the supreme sampler.Our chicken tenders were the same half the size it usually is.Our sides were right.In just not sure if the portion size changed or if someone used the wrong fish.We visit y'all every friday.and have never had these issues

I always go there due to loving their food but on this particular night I went thru drive thru and got a 2pc fish & fried meal all for my fries to be cold and my fish tastes like it’s been sitting there under a warmer! UNACCEPTABLE, then when I called the stores to acknowledge this ; the manager on duty didn’t seem to care at all!
No one eating, stop in the old Manager was the best lacking any kind of help that was hear before, no tartar sauce, self serve no cocktail sauce u ask at order

When this place first opened, it was terrible. I came here twice and both times the food had a burnt taste to it. But the least couple of times I have been here, the food has been really good. I recommend eating inside because there's not a lot of people. It's really good. Better than C-town

Every thing was good clean store, The manager was the only one on duty he was very nice considering he was busy drive Thur dinining room orders and take out I give him a 100/+ We got our food out fast for dine in 3 adults in our group he was taking all orders cooking them and serving them as well I don't think I need to say more
Dietary restrictions: Glutin free meal is not hard to pit together there.
Kid-friendliness: There was a couple of children there They were well manered know need for extra attention.
