My husband and I stopped here for lunch. When we got home, 30 miles away, discovered they had given us the wrong order. I called and explained what had happened. Whoever answered the phone took my name and number, said they would tell manager coming in next shift. Told him it would be a week. When I went week later, NO HELP. The worker was rude, said that no one there knew anything, including the GM. Very very disappointed and will never go back to this location!

They served my girlfriend this sandwich with MOLD on the bun. Terrible disgusting people work there and I’ll be contacting corporate to let them know this is the food you are serving your customers. When she took the food back and asked for a refund the lady was rude and just said “we’ll make you another one” no you are going to refund her and we’ll never be back to this Checkers location.

Soggy cold fries!!!! We rode over from Alabama just for the fries and very disappointed. Ate them just a block away, so no time to get cold - in which they already were and soggy. The cheeseburger was just ok. Very disappointed.

Wasted $ stopping here for my kids. The food was awful hard and cold. I got the popcorn chicken box meal for them and the chicken smelt and tasted like fish so they wouldn’t touch it. The tea was like syrup so I went back through to get them sprite and they give me 2 small cups of sprite when their meals came with the bigger ones.

This is my favorite Checkers. All growing up & traveling the southeast this is one of the better options. I admit there are rough times to choose to stop here, but more times than not, the food is good & folks working are pleasant. The biggest thing is I wish there side to pay in the right side would occasionally be open because it was a big thing years ago my babies loved to do ;)
Kid-friendliness: Great to park & take a picnic together on a nice day & it's right down the street from the city's big park.
