730 tonight I thought I would never see a chic fil a with horrible service but I did. Took 15 mins to get my food in drive thru waiting on drinks, then both the club sandwiches I ordered didn't have bacon on them. I have never seen a place so disorganized and so many people just standing around. Oh I was only the 2nd car in line waiting on order. Will be along time before I go back to this one. No one was even friendly either. Never once heard it was my pleasure. Who runs this place ? Needs to get a handle on things

Very clean and a really nice place to take a break and have some good food. We've eaten here a few times and never had a bad experience.
Food was pretty good. My wife and I ate here. The people at the drive through speaker were mean and disruptive and disrespectful. Maybe it’s cause it was early morning.

The food is Chick-fil-A so you know it’s gonna be good either way but the people inside are rude, the drive through is two lanes but they have one lane completely blocked off for some weird reason.
They don’t do the mobile through orders because “some of the guests have trouble with the app”
It’s ok if you really want Chick-fil-A but honestly you are better off going to Rockmart or Rome for your Chick-fil-A.

I was very disappointed in the service at this location. It took forever without a lot of people in the drive-thru. The girl giving out the orders did not seem very pleasant at all. She acted as if she did not want to be there. They forgot a pack of granola and spoon with my yogurt (not a huge deal) I went back through the drive-thru to get it, I pulled up to the window after telling them at the speaker what I needed, now I’m only getting the pack of granola and the spoon which didn’t require anything other than handing it to me, I watched the girl hand out 2 more orders while waiting. Finally she asked what I ordered and I told her I had already ordered and gotten my food and I was back because they forgot something. They all acted as if it were a huge inconvenience for them when I’m the one who had to waste more of my time and gas because of they forgot something. Chick fil a is known for 2 things #1 their chicken and #2 their wonderful customer service. This location definitely needs to be retrained on the customer service department or at least the morning shift does.
