The drive through usually is a breeze I mostly use. Very nice and clean inside. The staff and cook are always good not to mention the food is all a step above the so called fast food in Cedartown GA

Kassie is delightful at the window. Even though I caused her extra work because of my error she never stopped smiling and so helpful. After a long day at work I appreciate some one like Kassie. On two different trips to Jack’s I’ve the pleasure of Katie waiting on me. She is such a sweet young lady. Her smile is so welcoming. The other time Wendy helped me. She was very accommodating and of course had a beautiful smile. These are just 3 of many that have waited on me. I appreciate Katie, Wendy, and Kassie. Thank you.

I love the jacks in Cedartown. I go there almost everyday for lunch. The food is great, the people are great, and the atmosphere is great. I would recommend this jacks to anyone.

Food is just NOT good. They need to go to waffle house for cooking lessons. The employees CLEARLY, are not happy. They aren't friendly and seem miserable. I don't know if all Jack's are this way, but this one needs major improvement.

The food was okay. My order was messed up, so it wasn't what I went in with a flavor for. I ordered the country fried steak dinner/plate and wanted chicken gravy on the steak and potatoes. I ended up with pepper gravy and chicken gravy. It's not a good cross mix. We didn't have time to wait on more steak to be cooked, so I took it as it was given to me.
The service was okay. I do realize the place just opened, but it was like these folks hadn't been trained yet. It could have just been the one we got taking our order.
We will give it another try once they're opened a little longer. Give them a chance to work on a few of the kinks they've got going on right now.
