Food is just NOT good. They need to go to waffle house for cooking lessons. The employees CLEARLY, are not happy. They aren't friendly and seem miserable. I don't know if all Jack's are this way, but this one needs major improvement.

The food was okay. My order was messed up, so it wasn't what I went in with a flavor for. I ordered the country fried steak dinner/plate and wanted chicken gravy on the steak and potatoes. I ended up with pepper gravy and chicken gravy. It's not a good cross mix. We didn't have time to wait on more steak to be cooked, so I took it as it was given to me.
The service was okay. I do realize the place just opened, but it was like these folks hadn't been trained yet. It could have just been the one we got taking our order.
We will give it another try once they're opened a little longer. Give them a chance to work on a few of the kinks they've got going on right now.

Love this place, food is like an actual restaurant instead of processed food, food is always good and great side options, actual feels like a home restaurant, staff is always nice and friendly, and service is always great to go there, I appreciate the employer and employees hardwork!

had a moble order went and picked it up and they forgot one of my meals, drove back up there because i figured they made it but just for got to put in my bag the manager handed me a plane biscuit and nothing els? i order a BEC biscuit and i handed her my receipt so im assuming she didn’t care to read it to see what they had forgot i then tell her no i didn’t have a plane one i had a BEC biscuit. and they didn’t have one? so im assuming no one read my order at all because the part of my order i did get was also messed up. and she offerd to make me something els because at 11:01 15 minutes after i picked my order up she could not “make eggs past 11” i beg to differ in fast food you do everything you can to make it right if i paid for that egg you can make it after 11 it’s not my fault you didn’t make it when i ordered it at 10:35. never been so upset and unhappy with service other than the manager the other associates were very nice and very helpful but that manager had no care other than getting me out of the building. it was ridiculous. needless to say i left with a chicken biscuit and one plane biscuit and a messed up order ?♀️
