Kassie is delightful at the window. Even though I caused her extra work because of my error she never stopped smiling and so helpful. After a long day at work I appreciate some one like Kassie.
On two different trips to Jack’s I’ve the pleasure of Katie waiting on me. She is such a sweet young lady. Her smile is so welcoming.
The other time Wendy helped me. She was very accommodating and of course had a beautiful smile.

The food was okay. My order was messed up, so it wasn't what I went in with a flavor for. I ordered the country fried steak dinner/plate and wanted chicken gravy on the steak and potatoes. I ended up with pepper gravy and chicken gravy. It's not a good cross mix. We didn't have time to wait on more steak to be cooked, so I took it as it was given to me.

The service was okay. I do realize the place just opened, but it was like these folks hadn't...
