There appears to be one wait person at lunch. Served customers at bar and never came to my table when I was there before them. I read similar reviews before but thought I’d try it again. The sign says it’s not fast food, which is fine but at least have a hostess or another wait person.

I’ve had good experiences with this restaurant in the past, but tonight was disappointing. I placed my order online, and the system indicated it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived on time, and part of my order was ready, but the rest took another hour to be completed, meaning I waited a total of an hour and 15 minutes.
I had to ask the staff to redo my calamari, as it had been sitting too long and wasn’t fresh anymore. If the restaurant had informed me they were running behind on orders, I would have understood and could have left to browse nearby stores while I waited. Given the long wait, I was surprised that the restaurant didn’t offer any sort of compensation, like a discount on my next visit or even a complimentary drink. This experience has definitely affected my view of the restaurant.

So good I definitely recommend shrimp and steak hibachi. Along with the super crunchy roll sushi.
Kid-friendliness: They have highchairs and sometimes give kids a piece of candy. (They ask first)

Been there twice food doesnt come out hot i think they put there sauce on after the food is finished which makes the food come out

i am not usually one to leave reviews but i feel like this place really deserves it. i was craving sushi and remembered a friend recommending this place to me several months ago, so i put in an online order to try it out. the website is easy to navigate and they give you an estimated wait time before you order, which i appreciated. the food was all also fairly affordable. when i got to the restaurant, my order was ready and bagged up and all i had to do was pay. the staff were all very friendly and the inside of restaurant is nice and looks really clean. i was in and out in under three minutes, and i can’t say enough good things about my pick up experience. another thing i can’t say enough good things about is the food. that was by far the best sushi i’ve had in a long time! it tasted fresh and the ingredients all seemed to be very high quality. the food, prices, staff and restaurant appearance all exceeded my expectations and made me want to come back again soon. i really enjoyed the whole experience of ordering from kizuna and will recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere in the area to eat!

Take out order was totally wrong and missing items. Paid same price as dine-in but didn't get soup and salad with it. Called to discuss missing food and all I got was someone arguing with me about the order.Spent over $60 for horrible service and food. Avoid this place!
