30 minutes sitting inside because you are too worried about drive times is ridiculous. I work fast food I know what it is. The inside isn’t on a timer so who cares right? Not to mention the THREE workers that walked right past us about 6 times & wont even speak. Hire some quality people. Or don’t my family won’t be back.

It’s sad that this place is consistently as bad as it is. We have gotten a half a tomato instead of nuggets TWICE!! in my kids happy meals. Syrup always out. The place is nasty and employees are rude. You have to check your food before you leave

Every single time I come here they mess something up. This time they messed my order up twice and brought me the wrong thing. and the lady was absolutely rude, no customer service whatsoever. I’m very very disappointed in this McDonald’s, ive worked multiple McDonald’s in Rome and I’ve never seen anything this terrible…

Pulled up at 10:50 with a mobile order and sat at the speaker for 7 minutes with no response. Finally drove up to windows where employees would look at me and not even acknowledge I was there or had already ordered. Not a good look whatsoever.
My family wanted McDonald's and I said this used to be one of the best places to go before letting go the best employees. I caved in and said fine we can try here again. My boyfriend placed an order on the app and it was perfect.
Parking: Tractor trailer drivers and bus drivers can park at the HomeDepot parking lot which connects.

It's hit or miss. No consistency with the quality of food. This is ridiculous. Being too busy can't be used an excuse because they weren't busy. More sauce in the box and side of sandwich than on it.
