My daughter is five months pregnant and she just went through the drive thru to purchase ice cream sundaes. The employee at the window literally threw the hot fudge sundae at my daughter. She came home in tears, her hair, clothes, face, and car covered in hot fudge. Please make that make sense. Why would you literally throw a sundae at a pregnant woman? Freaking do better, McDonalds. You have lost our family’s business forever.

I rarely leave a bad review but its always the same everytime. The food is cold, never give sauce with my kids nuggets, the play ground is closed.. over priced and horrible service..

Terrible experience, waited 30 minutes exactly before I asked for my food. I was staring at my order watched four people ahead of me make their order. Ended up leaving without my food. Not like I made a big order it was a quarter pounder combo. A bunch of untrained, unprofessional children managing children. I cannot believe this business is still in operation. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in McDonald's. I will never return to this facility again. This breaks me from all McDonald's. Not like you guys have good food anyway.

The lady over the intercom was rude and was clearly having a conversation on the headset with other employees. When I got to the first window to pay my order was completely wrong. They tried to fix it but ignored me and gave me the receipt and closed the window. When I went to the second window to get my food I was still missing my drink and fry and they charged me AGAIN for it. Cedartown main st McDonald’s is a joke. All the people in there do is gossip and huddle up at the registers instead of doing there job.

Fountain drinks are not correct. Long line, slow service. Not very cordial faces .
I don't live in this area, so I was Pleasantly surprised when the food i received was, HOT, fresh, and the burgers were GREASY (in a good way, I cannot get anything but a dry brick of a burger at my local McDonald's)
