I never usually dine in, chose to dine in, kind of busy around 7 people ordering, guy working the counter who i suspect is either a manager or gm, started telling customers to go find somewhere else to go, i figured mcdonalds wouldnt like hearing that kind of attitude either, so i thought id share, so higher up can get the right employee who cares and will make them a more profitable company.

Ridiculous. Place a mobile order to get pulled up, everyone gets their food before ours. What’s the point of doing a mobile order? They are so unorganized. Management -you need to do better.

8 to 10 cars waiting for orders, had way to many people pulling up and parking so they can keep their numbers down. Got my kids happy meal and after repeating the order twice more at each damn window they still sent the wrong happy meal home. Whoever is managing the Cedartown branch needs to step their game up and figure out why this is literally the worst so far mcdonald's I've been to and won't go back to that branch.

UPDATE: I went to the store across from Walmart. Went through FOUR coffees, and it still wasn't right!! Tired of paying for incorrect food! Came here and it was correct with the first order!
I always order a large iced regular coffee with two pumps of sugar and one cream. You wouldn't believe how difficult it can be to make someone understand that request doesn't mean extra sugar or cream... That's just all I want. It was a nice change for the young lady to say, "yes ma'am, I got it." And my coffee was spot on!

Service was awful i was standing in line for 5-10 minutes before anyone came to get my money. Employees saw me standing there and didn’t bother to help until I told someone. Food was VERY nasty right along with the employees. My food was also thrown inside the bag. I am very disappointed with McDonald’s.. do better.
