Petro's Pizza Restaurant

This used to be a really good restaurant but apparently there’s been a change in management because it could not have been worse tonight. I found a hair in my salad, but I didn’t say anything I just ate it. The food was less than mediocre, my wife said she wished she’d just cooked pork chops and I couldn’t agree more. The $10 jalapeño poppers tasted like they came from the frozen section at Kroger and my baked potato must have been covered with Great Value cheese Fortunately I was able to reconstitute the solidified salt in the shaker. My $21 scallops entree had 0 flavor so I’m assuming they skimped on the seasoning and couldn’t be bothered to marinate them either. The server was very unprofessional, absolutely terrible experience and I’m only giving 2 stars because Petro’s has been a fantastic restaurant for such a long time. It will be a long time before I come back, if I do I expect a heck of a lot better quality than we received today. The music is terrible inside the the restaurant but at least it’s not loud. Stop being cheap and buy quality ingredients or drop your pricing. Jefferson’s is was better value for the $!

The lasagna is very good ,the employees are polite and the manager was on point ,I will definitely be back.

My family has gone to this place multiple times, the service has always been phenomenal. And the food is really delicious! The waiters are really sweet, today is my mom’s birthday and my aunt told them to just sing her happy birthday. They went above and beyond, they brought her flowers, sung and even brought her cheesecake! (She loves cheesecake) this place is really amazing. Thank you for giving us a great experience, we will be back.

Exceptional pizza and there shrimp scampi is way above average

We picked a place Easter Sunday on our way back from home from Cloudland Canyon. We came in and were quickly seated but obviously beat the church crowd because they were packed out by the time we had our food. Obviously a popular place in this area and I can see why. Attentive and great staff from entrance to waitress. They were prepared for the crowd coming in and every table seemed to have their drinks and food pretty quickly. The Greek salad was okay. The jalapeno poppers were good and Supreme pizza was great. The kids chicken tender plate was huge. Enjoyed our stop and happy we won’t have to make dinner since we still had another 2 hour drive.

My family and I have been coming here for years. Not anymore. 2 salads and a frozen pizza for $50, plus tip. Grilled chicken salad was small, ordered some cheese for the salad and was charged 2.50 for a small little bit of shredded cheese. Owner is a jerk and does not care if you’re satisfied or not. Tried the “homemade” tiramisu…completely frozen. Had to send it back. I get that sometimes you have an off night but when the owner doesn’t care about his repeat customers…. That was our last time. Mainly due to the owner not caring.

I ordered 40 lemon pepper wings only to get the order not one wing was seasoned. They were 40 PLAIN wings. And when advised them of this the lady had the nerve to say that's how they make them. She then gave us 6 sides of lemon pepper seasoning for "us" to season at home. Then had the nerve to say have a "blessed night". I gave 3 stars bc the plain wings were at least done and all 40 plain wings were there.

There was flys all around table. Waitress said it happens all the time
A return trip will never happen!!!
