Food was decent. In business and dealing with paying customers (paid early and on time) you have to be people friendly. The food could be great in a situation, however bad customer service will make a bad experience everytime. Had good service and attitude had been presented I promise a heavy tip would have been added to the last invoice. Sorry I WOULD NOT recommend. I do not like writing reviews of this nature. Pick another profession.

We have ordered twice from R and R catering and we have had an amazing experience. I had to add some food to our order at a very short notice and they were able to make that happen. We had people asking us at our event who catered the food and continued to say how excellent everything tasted. The barbecue chicken and mac and cheese were definitely favorites! We would recommend R and R Catering to anyone who asked and look forward to ordering again!

Covid-19 hit and they couldn’t cater my cousin wedding. But that was understandable because no one knew about Covid-19 ! Well they were asked to cater the baby shower and tried to say that they didn’t get in touch with my cousins but was told the day before that the baby shower was a go so they just needed to cater it. They had already paid $1,000 up front!!!! They were very rude and unprofessional and then to top it off they told my cousin that prices went up since and that the $1,000 would only feed 60 people now and I was like wow but it wasn’t in the contract at all and and that’s not what was agreed upon. They will SCAM YOU BE AWARE!!!!!!! Oh and to top it off they gonna my that if she could get the building the next day that could do it or she’ll just lose her money!!!! So that she wouldn’t lose her money she asked them to just feed her church after service and that’s when they told her and her husband that the price had gone up since Covid-19 and that it was only gonna feed 60 people!. I say stay away! They should be ashamed!!! Which was $16.40 a head. It never amazes me how companies used Covid-19 as a excuse to jack up prices and just not to have anything! My cousins shouldn’t have had to pay for a virus that her or her husband didn’t spread.

Hi!I wanted to thank you for your service today! My husband had family coming in from out of state so I browsed around for a local business to supply lunch for us. I considered Lively's, Subway, Chick-fil-a, and The Avenue but I kept coming back to your menu. I showed the choices to my husband, & we both decided to give you guys a try.WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID!We chose chicken legs & thighs, dressing & gravy, mac & cheese, green beans, and mashed potatoes. Everything was amazing! Everyone enjoyed the meal & raved about how good all of the food was.The chicken was cooked well. It was not dry & it was nice and tender with an excellent flavor.Dressing is one of those things where everyone has their own recipe & preference, and this one stood up next to any home cooked one & was certainly better than any purchased one I've tried.I loved that the green beans had ham in them! Perfectly southern!I was surprised that there were actual potatoes in the mashed potatoes and it wasn't a "just add water" powder. That's above & beyond!The macaroni and cheese was a huge hit. Decadently cheesy and creamy, and the layer of browned cheese on top was to die for. Several of us huddled around picking off the top and snacking on it after lunch was over. We just couldn't stop. My only regret is that we forgot to order bread.Clean up was even a breeze! After lunch was over, I packed away what little was left and nested all the foil trays & lids and tossed them in a single trash bag. In 10 minutes, my whole kitchen was clean.I may never cook for another gathering again!Family that was local kept asking where the wonderful food came from and we were sure to give you guys all the credit.Thank you so much!

I can’t say enough great things about this fine establishment. We used them for a company event several months ago and they have become our go-to for any and all events. The food is always excellent and the staff is absolutely unbeatable—they are some of the friendliest people to deal with and are extremely professional. Rodneshia is always available any time I have any questions and is always willing to help. She is exemplary, above and beyond on all counts. This will remain our go-to catering business for all of our events.

I love being apart of R&R catering team, Rodneshia has always been patient and cooperative no matter how great the event turned out or even when we get a out of character guest. Her hospitality has always been 100% respectful towards the situation and how to handle it well in a professional manner. She has taught me so many different things cleanliness, safety, suggesting new ideas, and always has a smile under her mask. After every event we always have at least two or three guest to come and ask us for one of her business cards and they let us know how amazing the food is and our service was great. Every single guest is always soo patient and never in no rush to get their food and drink.❤️

Not good. Please spend your money elsewhere.My family and I attended a tasting prior to booking catering services for our event. Sad to say, the quality of food provided at said tasting was not what we received at the event. Regardless of a different menu, the quality should have remained the same. As this was a major mile stone for my grandparents, we wanted to ensure the food stood out. Sadly, it did not.The compliment provided to the caterer was from a band recommended by our event planner. And the “several” people that complemented the food were again part of the band, not any of the party guest. Rodnesha never asked if we enjoyed the food during or after the event. Her level of professionalism lacked tremendously throughout this entire ordeal and it further shows in the way she responded to an honest review.To be specific, the macaroni and cheese was oily and the ingredients appeared and tasted separated. The smothered chicken was ok. We expected the roast beef to be sliced as stated in the signed contract. Instead, it was served in chunks, and as we all have dealt with inflation, we understand the rising cost in meat. We are all consumers. However, if sliced roast beef is indicated in a signed contract, it should be provided.The rice and green beans were good. As a side dish, it did not make up for the disappointment felt with the rest of the menu.Please utilize this feedback to spur change in the way your large events are conducted. I wish you success in your future endeavors with R&R catering ?

We recently used R&R Catering for my parents birthday party and it was not a good experience. From the beginning, Rodneisha was dry and somewhat combative when we did the tasting. Since she was referred by our event planner and came highly recommended we used her services against our better judgement.The food was bland (no seasonings). We were charged an extra $120 for roast beef slices and she served us chunks of roast chuck. She skimped on serving guests enough food during the party but had a lot of leftovers. The red velvet cake was dry and it look like someone sliced it with something other than a knife. The peach cobbler was disgusting and smelled like something in it was spoiled. We threw all of it in the trash.From my understanding this business was great at one time but not now. Please do not waste your time, money and energy booking their services. Find someone who will value you, your event and your money.
