The ladies that I have dealt with in this particular location are always nice…..however, one night I went in there in the middle of the night and ordered food, my baby was standing at the register with me. She started backing up aggressively and said “mama it’s a roach!!” Listen 🤣🤣 I don’t want roaches living in the places where I buy food for me and my children to eat. Since moving to Polk county, i noticed these people here are beyond nasty and hygiene/health is not taken seriously out here. I haven’t been back and I won’t go back, I don’t even like Waffle House anymore for that matter

We ordered Online. The food was good! But it wasn't what I wanted. I wanted a Ham & omelette it was not on the menu. No Good!! Why can't we get omelette?? Can't call by phone no more! 3 person order

It is a waffle house. You know what you are getting before you walk in. That being said, the waffle here was particularly delicious
Take out, ppl were nice 3* , I'm changing my rating -1*. The waitress was rude & complained about being at work. My friend requested bacon a certain way, her reply was she wasn't going thru that with the cook again. So cold we couldn't enjoy our meal. They refused to turn it off. Very disappointed to be treated that way. 9/30 2:am

We went to eat around 4am because there was nothing else open and we were starving. We had just gotten home from vacation and hadn't had a meal in 12 hours. When we walked in there were dirty dishes across the bar. When we sat down in a booth I noticed a pile of dirty dishes, and right beside them was a bucket of clean silverware and the straws. At the other booth was another pile of dirty dishes with 2 coffee pots right beside them. Yes, the workers were sweeping and mopping 6
