WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

I order my food at 2:30 and it shouldn’t arrived at 325 pm and the food was cold and I didn’t order them hot .. and they didnt bring my drinks this was a horrible experience..

Always love the food.

The two Hispanic girls at the front desk were among the rudest workers I have encountered. I mean, before even taking our order, they had attitudes. They displayed absolutely no customer service skills. While taking our order, they were busy talking to each other. When I went to get my kids' Fanta and discovered it was white, I asked if something was wrong. One of them replied, “Oh yeah, it’s never worked.” They were also on their phones, which was quite distracting.

The cleanliness of the place was unacceptable, and I plan to report it to the health department. Having worked in the medical field for over 15 years. You shouldn't clean the tables with the same rag you use for the trash area.

We spent around $51 on three meals and when I inquired about sauces, they informed me that we could get three each. Apparently, she wasn’t paying attention because when our food arrived, we were missing two sauces and were then told we would have to pay $0.75 for them. Also, as you can tell in the picture, the wings were overcooked or old. We love supporting local businesses but definitely will never recommend this location or be back!

First time at this place, it's kinda tucked away but glad we found it. We were greeted by the girl behind the counter, we ordered the single bacon steak burgers and fries and fired pickles! Since it's made to order, we waited about 10 minutes for the food and it was worth it. Burgers and fries we good, lots of flavor. The star of the show however, was the fried pickles!!😋 They are thick, with a good coating and they tasted great! Overall impressed, will have to come back and try the wings but for the burgers, frys and pickles, 5 stars all day.

I've been to WNB Factory twice and loved it! I've only tried the lemon pepper wings and the cheese fries w bacon (delicious) .

Food is good but the workers shouldn't deal with the public. The older lady (i believe owns it) is super friendly and appreciative of business. Just rarely see her.

Great food!!! However - - be aware! I ate at a WNB near Atlanta and the wings were huge and awesome but in Cedartown they are at least HALF the size they should be. Also, their Philly is available in a 6" and footlong. The footlong is actually only 8 inches long. EIGHT! My hubby thought he would get two great meals out of a footlong but instead it was just a meal and a snack. These things are a real shame because the food is so yummy but the value is wayyyyy off. Expect to spend a hefty amount for miniscule portions. Maybe go visit the one in a mall near Atlanta. Now they do it right!

Great food. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is price. Keep in mind when ordering its gonna be an additional 5$ for fries and a drink. So the factory burger is 16$ just for the burger itself and 21$ if you get fries and a drink. It could easily feed 2 people in their defense. Also they have great lemonade.

Why are there tables placed in front on the cash register? It’s difficult enough for me to fork over $11 for a cheeseburger that’s a third of the size I make at home and nearly as small as the Krystal burgers. The fries were crisp but not hot. Overall, this is a one and done place for me.
