Paid for the sauce boss box to get the tiniest portions ever. I could have gotten more food from a big Zaxby's snack.

Every Saturday we order a family zax box. I held back from posting this thinking it was maybe an off night. But this is the 3rd week in a row they have shorted us. 1 order missing sauces, and now the past 3 orders, it hasn't been 20 fingers that we pay for. Last 2 orders was 18, this time 17. It sounds ridiculous but we spend a lot of money to have 20 cause it feeds our family but it's really disappointing when I fix up plates only to realize there is not enough. I would look ridiculous counting in store but I guess now it's going to be that or go across the street to chickfila cause they would never send an order out wrong like this place.

Today makes the second time I have ordered the Zac finger pack, and for some reason, there seems to be difficulty with getting it from the restaurant to curbside both times, and I'm not sure why. And this time the receipt had my car listed on it.

My salad that was picked up on my way home did not have fried onion or bread and it looked like a side salad. I tried calling but the voice mailbox was full and could not leave a message! Goodbye Zaby - Hello Chick-ful-A.

It was awesome the food was great the employee I think his name was Garret he treated me with respect and was super nice to me he had awesome customer service and recommend a great meal the big Zac snack meal it was delicious truly a great person and employee

Fries were raw. My grilled chicken was rubber, the manager said it's the way it's processed. They then gave me an old fried piece of chicken.
We gave up and threw our food out . Zaxbys use to be the higher end of fastfood. Now it's just disappointing
