Friendly staff, fresh food. The guacamole was better than most full service restaurants, the beans were awesome too. My chis were warm when I got them and the sweet tea was perfect.

I was the only person in dining. Took forever to be helped. Then waited almost 10 minutes for my 2 tiny tacos and side of guac. My carne asado taco had the green sauce I asked not to put on there, my fish taco was rubbery and hard to bite. Definitely not a real piece of fished battered and flakey. Not going to lie though, the flavor if the fish was incredible even though it was almost not edible. My large 3 scoop guacamole was so tiny I laughed. Their large looked like a small to me. However, it too was very delicious. I will say I won't be coming back. The service was very poor, too long of a wait for being the only one in there for the first half until someone else came in, who was also annoyed with the wait time. He too said he wouldn't be coming back. Wait time aside, the fake fish taco was the main reason. I'd go somewhere else for some real fish rather than pay $3.00 for one taco about the size of a mozzarella cheese stick.

A young woman, I will say, almost kindly reprimanded me for not checking in at the drive-thru after I spoke with someone at the drive-thru but I guess they don't communicate. Im not upset, but I think it's ridiculous In terms of customer service.

I ordered delivery and they put so much sauce in the sandwich it was i edible and they had to wrap it twice it was disgusting. The pictures are in the Uber eats app. I will not be ordering again

I love Del Taco. It’s one of my families favorites. But if you’re getting food, do not eat leftovers! They are super dry, and taste very off once left out. Even in the fridge, to be reheated. It is not very well. Super good though.

The folks working at the Warner Robins Del Taco are actively trying to put it out of business. Visited July 10, 2025. Went to the drive through around 9 p.m. There were two cars ahead of us. No one ever came to the speaker. After about 10 minutes The car in front of us asked us to move so they could leave. Then the car in front of him left. We decided to go inside. There was one customer. There were three or four employees just standing up front. When we came in one of the employees came over and picked up trays in front of us without speaking, but rather looked at us annoyed like we were interrupting him. In fact it was almost like he was trying to intimidate us into leaving. The other two employees stood there and also ignored us. After about five minutes without acknowledging our presence, we decided Panda Express across the street was the better choice. In and out in less than 3 minutes. This is the second encounter of this type at this location. No way will I ever go back. There's a Taco Bell right up the street. Food may not be as good, but the customer service is extraordinary in comparison.

6/23/25-UPDATE! This place has gone downhill! Loud belligerent employee talking in regard of his experience getting pulled over telling story over and over again to other employees. And I mean LOUD!! And continuous for the 1/2 hour I’ve been here. Cursing running around the store. No courtesy for customers at all. The cashier took my order gave me a cup and walked away. Had to get my own receipt off the machine. This place has become ridiculous. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES, and maybe put more in to who you’re hiring. Possible I won’t be back, in the evening at least.
Service was good but only for half a greeting coming in. Got the beef burrito. Meat was a big soupy and runny. Seemed awfully small for an almost $5 burrito.
