Ashley was friendly and personable. Trish the manager greeted us warmly. We also loved our host CJ.

The food was very good I recommend the baby back rib's, as well as are sever Ashton, he was very kind, also he made sure we had everything we needed.Everything was great in total.

I loved this place , food came out in a timely manner food was cooked well , and everything we asked for was giving , The server named Ashton have very great service , I thank him for making this dinner very safe and happy , Great server !!! I would recommend this as a family dinner place

I sat at the bar as there was nobody seating customers. The bartender carried on a five minute conversation with a couple at the bar before even acknowledging me. Drink specials are a poor selection and small in quantity. I had to ask for silverware three times. The quesadilla appetizer was limp, not crispy, and had no taste. My entree was the seafood platter. The deviled crab and the shrimp were good, but the flounder was fried way too hard and had no taste, almost like a bland chicken tender. The brocolli was not cooked enough, and the rice pilaf was hard and caked together. Overall, it was a disappointing meal. Service was fair but lacking overall. On a positive note, the big screens TVs were nice.

Our server was great. The food was good and filling. However the bartender sucked. Waited 20 minutes to get our drinks. I ordered a double Titos. It was not a double. Our server had the manage get our 2nd drink order. Came quicker. She could careless that we were not happy. Dropped our drinks and went about her merry little way...

Sadly I would not recommend this place to anyone. The best part was that there were not a lot of people there but it still took over an hour to get our food. Once the food arrived it was bland and cold. The waitress disappeared on us for awhile. We went to celebrate my brothers birthday. Unfortunately his food was messed up. A huge portion of his steak was fat, they never sang happy birthday to him, and he never received the dessert he was promised in the beginning. We will not be coming back for any other birthday celebrations.

Service was horrible, manager had to bring our drinks because waitress could not be found. My food was so greasy, and chicken was dry as hell my husband's cajin shrimp pasta was so so very small shrimp and hardly no spices

Corporate said they would send my review to management, however no one contacted me to see what the problem was or if they could fix it. Goes to show what o Charley's cares about ...the money won't go back and will pass to my family and friends lost allot of business very disappointed

Ate (if you call it that) there last week. I ordered the Cajun pasta with shrimp. I would call the shrimp skimpy shrimp..they could get smaller but not by much .they weren't grilled. It also looks they literally threw the food on the plate. I have seen pasta dishes plated at olive garden that looked much better. The flavor was pretty good but it could have been better. My wife's food was awful. It was a combination of dry and greasy, she refused to eat it. I saw what it looked like so I couldn't blame her. We ate there before and food was great that's why we visited again. Also the service sucked. I have eaten at other o Charley's that were way better. I think we will skip this place in the future. I would change the name to o' vomit's because the grease was so bad I think she would..
