My family went to this establishment and waited while a large group of employees including management. We stood there for a while and was ignored. Finally the hostess decided to great customers again but did she greet us? Nope she greeted customers that came in after us. Once we expressed our annoyance for being ignored she decided to acknowledge us and took our name then told us it would be a 20 minute wait, ok. Well we sat there for a while deciding if we even wanted to spend our money there, we decided not to and went to explain to the hostess we decided to leave, surprise she ignored us again. My wife attempted to gain her attention after I decided that was a practice in futility. We finally got acknowledged again and was subsequently brushed off. Well decided Chili’s it was, went next door, was greeted and seated with in 2 minutes with a polite staff and great Service, Chili’s will be getting my five stars tonight

The food was Terrible! We thought it'd be nice to dine in since we were in the area and hadn't been in a while. The waitress was nice but the food not so much. The chicken tenders were hard and dry. The steak looked like it had been cooked and rinsed off afterwards. It had no flavor to it whatsoever. The ribs were overly cooked and burned. The rolls must be a new brand because they didn't taste like what were use to. I love strawberry lemonade but it tasted like something else other than. The mac and cheese was dry and had no flavor. The smashed potatoes were watery. It was just a very horrible experience that we'd never experienced before. It will surely be a long while before going back. $120 wasted!

The atmosphere here is amazing ?? we were welcome up and seated quickly I has a party of 6 it was no problem.Our Waiter was amazing ?? he was so nice and friendly wished I remembered his named. Food was great.Overall my sister enjoyed her birthday ? and I shall be back❤️
It's a chain, ymmv. They have good chicken tenders. Aesthetically speaking, they could use better tables and chairs, and bar top. Server was pleasant. Wish the lights were a bit darker. Overall good place.

I ordered the grilled chicken and pineapple bowl and it was delicious. My server was friendly and my food arrived fairly quickly. I will definitely go back again.
I brought my family to O’Charleys for dinner at the Warner Robins location. Josie was such an Amazing waitress. She was very polite, efficient and kind. I asked her to watch my daughters while I ran to my vehicle and she agreed immediately. Her willingness to do something that was not in her job description to do tells me that she is Awesome person. I appreciate her for going above and beyond to provide my family with professional and quality service. The food could’ve been better but Josie’s service made up for that. She’s a leader and a keeper. I will visit again as long as she’s here.

If I could give a -1 I would. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite sitting for 1.5 hours, my daughter and I never received our food, while those around us, including late arrivals, were served promptly. We waited 30 minutes to get our drinks(water and lemonade), and my request for water with lemon was completely ignored. Never received the lemons! We witnessed everyone around us get their meals, but when the table that arrived 30 mins after us received their meal, which was the same as mine, I was heated and we left! To prevent from causing a scene in the restaurant and in front of my daughter, I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager! The manager apologized and gave an excuse about staff changes but that was unsatisfactory. The waitress seemed uninterested in serving us from the start and never even provided her name! This was the worst dining experience, and I won't be returning or recommending it to anyone.
