Restaurant is clean and just re modeled. Brand new tables chairs and booths. Food was good and best thing is they still accepted our mailer coupons unlike my local store. I hope they continue and I will continue to give them my business

I've been having problems with this location not getting what I asked for on my sub .they have not been doing what they supposed to do.
Now today before I left I asked did they put olives on my sub and the guy said yes we put them on there. I get home no olives on my sub like it's not much I asked for just what if I put on the description. It keeps happening over and over.
Not just this location another location I paid for avocados still didn't get it. I don't know what's going on with Subway lately but this ain't right that's not how you keep customer coming back. For the employee to look me in face and tell me he put the olives on there.
Lies and deceit is not going to get you anywhere God is watching. And if you complain to guest relations they never get back to you. This location need to do better they do not value their customers at all they do not want them to come back cuz it keep happening and I keep complaining. The reason why I come back because it's affordable plus I'm trying to eat better.

The older indian lady totally does not need to make the food. The pizza for my daughter looked terrible. She used two diff cheese types like she ran out of the normal cheese. My chicken sub was missing all the ingredients promoted for one of the new chicken subs. I wont be visiting again.

Disrespectful old white woman I believe her name is Michelle, she was screaming, "Sir, you can't park there! You need to park in the back!", I'm sudden confused why she would scream at me like that. I have a 5x10 lawn service trailer park on the side to stay out of everyone way so I can get sandwiches to take out. It was not the first time that woman had an attitude when I tried to order sandwiches without a trailer last time.. I will call the corporation about this place and disrespectful toward customers. I'm not going back to this place again. There are other Subway that would treat everyone right with manners.
I worked at subway in the beginning of this year. Michelle was one of the worst managers I’ve ever had. The lack of respect she had for people and her workers, her poor choice of words, her tone, and the way she talked about customers behind their backs after they left the restaurant. It was days we worked our butts off as a group as she stayed in the back on her phone the whole shift not getting any work done. I’ve seen unspeakable things behind the scenes that’ll get the restaurant shut down immediately, I’m so surprised people still eat there if y’all knew the things I know. I wouldn’t feed this place to my pet dog.

This review is strictly for the Subway in Centerville off Houston Lake. I am so glad that there are other Subway restaurants in Warner Robins, otherwise I may have to start getting sandwiches from Jimmy Johns. The service was very lack luster. I patiently waited to be served and not one employee (which two were in the dining area) greeted or either indicated that someone will be with me shortly. This kind of customer service is what get franchises like this one closed. Customer Service 101...When customers come through the door and other employees are busy doing whatever, at the very least let the customer(s) know that someone will be right with you. This was my last visit to this Subway and although my review is nothing but just another review. Bad reviews add to less customers, less customers results in needing less employees, less customers coupled with less employees usually add up to closure. Good luck to the franchisee who owns this Subway restaurant. Out of sight...Out of business.
