First try today saw a post on FB and we had a taste for southern food this Sunday so thought we would give it a try. Food looks great in photo please read feedback below.
Con: Waited about 20 minutes for food. Rice cold, collards cold and way too salty- we threw them away. Turkey leg good flavor but barely warm enough to eat and was very tough not fall off the bone.
We ate in the mall food court- would have been nice if they heated the food or asked if we were “dining in” I don’t mind microwaved but after a long wait the expectation our food would be at least warm.
I can see giving unwarmed food for to go customers.
Very poor customer service. The sign says expect wait time for fried food so we deliberately ordered non fried food- still long wait. Would have been nice for them to tell us what we were waiting for or give us a heads up that something we ordered had to be prepared.
Pro: Mac and cheese very good. Was not hot as expected lightly warmed but very flavorful. Oxtails had a Great flavor seasoned well.
As people who eat and review a lot of restaurants locally- mixed feelings about this spot.

I finally had the opportunity to sample tater legs today during my visit to the mall. Firstly, I'd like to say I'm pleased I gave them a try. The food was exceptional, and the lemonade was outstanding. The portion size was generous. The cashier provided excellent service and a 10/10 experience, ensuring my return.
