We came in while it was quiet after lunch. We noticed that the place kind of looked unclean. Trash on the floor table is not wiped. The pizza was good even though they’ve been recently putting a lot more cheese on there than normal. The edge is on the crust were kind of burnt also. We love coming here to eat. I hope they can work on keeping that dining room room cleaner because if the dining room room is not clean. I wonder how the kitchen is.

This local restaurant is just fine except I noticed an “88”on last inspection. My complaint is with corporate who has expiring rewards points and removed the t-shirts from rewards. The incentive is diminishing.

I used DoorDash to order one large cheese pizza, a Greek side salad, and 10 buffalo wings. The side salad was for me. I’m the only one who ate it. I’m also the only one suffering (truly in pain) after this meal so do with that information as you will. When my order was delivered the pizza was missing. After a quick but uneventful conversation with my delivery driver my husband went to the restaurant to fetch our pizza. The guy who approached him told him he gave the driver our pizza and to take it up with the driver. That’s when his colleague pointed at my pizza and said “Is this his pizza?” Which was sitting with my name on the receipt where pick up orders are kept. This guy bold face lied and tried to blame the driver. He never even gave the driver my pizza. See attached photo of the salad that tried to kill me and please do note how insanely small it was. $5. This salad was $5.

The food was great, but the atmosphere and customer service definitely need improvement. There were about four or five employees working, and it wasn’t busy at all. Despite that, none of the tables had been cleaned. Instead of focusing on the dining area, a couple of employees were goofing off. A little more attention to cleanliness and professionalism would make the experience much better.

Update I took my rating from 5 stars to three because no Ranch on the pizza or side I would rather have it on the pizza like the pizza stated but I didn't get neither very disappointed but the pizza was still good the crust kinda burnt could have been better with the ranch on it.

2/5 Stars. Overall very well, interior is lovely and the concept of make-your-own-pizza is very original and pleasant. My one concern is about this individual employee. Last Thursday she was very rude to me and my family when we were asking questions about the gluten free options and if we can make it crispy. She gave us a very mean tone back, and talked in a rude manner the whole time especially when I asked that question, which I don’t get the issue. She was mean the rest of the time and even during the transaction. She had blue/purple hair and I believe her name was somewhere along the line of “Aubie”? If you like Your Pie, watch out for this unexpectedly rude employee.
