Long time customer. Service has steadily declined. Behind window cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Young folk operating store not doing owner or customers any favors by staring at phone while the countertop is strewn with toppings that need attention. My advice to owner or manager is to BE THERE, on site, and keep your restaurant something to be proud of.

Tables need to be wiped off regularly so customers can experience better dining. I had to get the employee’s attention twice because her back was turned when my husband and I walked up to order. She was unaware that we were waiting.

Don't even bother. We used to go regularly, but the service was so bad we stopped. We decided to give them another try and we were disappointed nothing has changed. We walked out even though we were the only customers. They were not ready to open and then we stood there while they made to-go orders before they would take our order. Update; As you can see from the reply to my post there is no apology or acceptance of poor customer service. Please review the video again. The front door was opened after the posted opening time. Your opener had no dough rolled out (we stood there giving her time to catch up). After that time she started by preparing the to-go orders. At that time she still hadn't taken our order and didn't seem inclined to do so. That is when we left. Nobody asked why. Nobody apologized. Nobody made any effort to keep our business. Your reply shows a great lack of awareness.

Today which is August 3rd my husband and I went there this afternoon hoping my food would be good on the third time around anyway we ordered our food I got the pesto penne pasta and the cheese sticks my husband got pizza we ate our food but I didn't eat all the pasta because it's wasn't good the...cheese sticks wasn't good either so I told the white girl that was running the store with the pink shorts on I didn't like the food as I was letting her know she act like she didn't care she got smart with me start popping off and I told her that I didn't want a refund because I ate some of the food I just didn't like it she was like I can't control your taste buds I let her know I didn't expect her too!! So I asked where the manager she yelled he ain't here I said I will be calling him she was like I don't care call him.. so the other girl apologized I told her it's not her fault it was the other girl. Ok the white girl stayed the owner/ manager was her dad so I hope u see my review read it too her!! She told me to get out so imagine how many paying customers u will lose if u can't control your daughter she is rude disrespectful!! She is a child and had no right to talk to me like she was crazy cause kids don't talk to me that way let along no one else kid.. I will not spend my money there ever again or recommend my family or friends to eat there she will cause your business to fail if u don't hold her accountable for how she act.

First time eating and dining in at Your Pie. My party of three felt rushed. The manager came to our table saying "now that yall are about to leave how was ur food?" We were not done eating but..... I stated the pizza was OK but the oven roasted wings were bland. He rudely told me that I should've order the flavored wings. I told him true but you did ask for my feedback on the wings whether you liked the feedback or not. Then he laughed and stated that he could also don't give a damn whether I like it or not. Then I ask why ask for my feedback then. He walks away. Wow!!! I was told he was the General Manager. OK. Never coming back.

Our family opts to eat here often because our children can each tailor their meal to their preferences, and the food is great! It’s a quick trip, which works well for young kids. The owners are so nice, the restaurant is usually very tidy (unless they’re super slammed, which is understandable), and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. We don’t particularly love the televisions, as it detracts from family time with distractable little minds. But that’s kind of par for the course in this day and age, unfortunately. We will drive twenty minutes out of our way to come to this Your Pie location because it’s so much better than the other. They have vegan sausage (which the other doesn’t)they are so much friendlier, and the ambiance is much more suitable for families.

I really like the food here, but the customer service is consistently poor. I mean, down to people acknowledging that you actually exist while waiting to order.Two girls literally stared at me while I was waiting to order and continued to talk about how much her dad called her at work. Eventually, one girl decided to take my order. I gave her my order, and then she attempted to rush me through the line, basically telling me to go pay. I told her I would like additional items on my pizza. She then proceeded to rush me through the line again. I watched her make my pizza to see if there was anything additional I wanted. Then the girl who was not willing to help me in the first place spoke up from the register, saying the cost of the meal to me in a way that kind of bullied me to the register.It was really off-putting even at the register, as she would not even look at me and just handed me my receipt. Then she went back to talking with the other girls who were working with her.It's sad that there seems to be no accountability for the way customers are treated here. I love the hot honey pepperoni, but not at the cost of receiving disrespectful customer service from people who have enough energy to disrespect customers but don't care about their business.It's sad! I would stay away or order to go!

Ordered a personal pizza and cheese sticks. The pizza was good. But the bottom of the cheese sticks was completely charred and black! It was inedible and I threw it away. $5.00 wasted. No quality control.

I love this place it's my new favorite pizza spot in town. After my previous favorite spot closed a few years ago. I've been trying to find a place that does real authentic Italian pizza. Unlike other pizza restaurants Your Pie has a Real, Fresh Fire Brick Oven for their pizza. Other places use a conveyor belt that blows hot air. While at Your Pie you can actually taste the freshness and the taste the crunch. Plus they sell Gelato which is an amazing Italian dessert. Gelato has a lower fat content than ice cream which is great. And it's slow churned giving it a better flavor and more profile in taste. If you love Gelato and real Auth Italian pizza you'll love Your Pie.
