if there was a negative stars on this it would get it. the i’m guessing head manager is very rude and unprofessional, so are the asst managers. they never take the orders seriously were rude when we tried to have them correct it. especially the one woman that is there at nights. she tried arguing with us and then just went to the back room to talk bad about us. we also heard them judging customers while we were trying to get our food corrected. do better arby’s.

I was just there. Had to wait on my food. The order was wróng. Ordered a Large roast beef got a small one. They up sized the dried and drink. The fries are stone cold . Even the sandwich is cold. I called to complain and the phone is busy. What a freaking rip off. 30.00 down the drain

We used restroom first. Wasn't clean, so decided not to eat there. Entire restaurant looked like it needed good cleaning. Door to kitchen was filthy.
There was a female worker who was handling the fryer, front, and drive-through . She was doing an excellent job. She deserves a raise. She was also pleasant and gave me some directions.
