I would give negative stars but Google won't let me the manager at Arby's in Chatsworth is very rude and disrespectful along with one of the assistant managers they are very rude to door dash drivers and most men who are door dash drivers and several customers because they think they can treat anyone the way they want and it's sad to say that Arby's in Chatsworth Georgia area has very lousy customer service

When I saw the commercial for the new bacon BLT and the size I sad yeah right. I thought like most fast food places the commercial always makes it look bigger. Well, I was totally wrong. I stopped by Arby’s today Wednesday 2/28/2024 in Chatsworth, GA and ordered one along with the fish sandwich was totally surprised at the size of the sandwich, and my guest said the fish sandwich was as good as what the commercial showed it to be too, both of them were great sandwiches. Their service was impeccable as well. The team members had smiling faces and did a great job for us. This place has a 100 A that means a lot also. No need to put a picture on here because when the guy on the commercial says Arby’s we have the meat he’s truly showing it to you on the commercial and they showed it to me today at Arby’s in Chatsworth so stop by and get you one very good thanks again Arby’s in Chatsworth and thanks again to Those team members there at Arby’s in Chatsworth you folks did a fantastic jobWheelchair accessibility: Parking and ramps

Went here on Friday sept 8 2023 ordered 3 sandwiches and a kids chicken meal only problem was all the fries were cold. I don’t know what restaurants are doing now days but it’s like every place you go to now 75% of them have cold fries. I will try Arby’s again . Beef and cheddar was hot and good. Just need to keep hot fries. And need to bring back the potato cakes.
The crew here always makes sure that we have the best service! If by chance something is incorrect with the order, they always make it right! Seems to be mostly young adults, but they seem like a great group of kids!
