I ordered a hamburger steak to go with a cup of 57 sauce. I stop to eat miles down the road .I found my sauce not in a cup but a thimble size container only halfway filled up. Here's a tip, if you are going to sell meat that smells like dog food at least give the customers enough sauce to cover the taste and smell.

I've tried burgers all over the state and the country. You can't beat a Big V burger. They try with their fancy toppings but a straight up Big V burger beats them all.

Food was pretty good! Except the ranch. It was rather loud the day we went so the lady getting our order didnt hear everything i needed. I had to go pay for another drink and then didnt get fries when I ordered 5 orders of everything. But its ok we shared and made it work. Their ranch is really good! Cute atmosphere.

Been eating here for 20+ years. Never had a bad experience until this evening. Food was sub par. Service would have been better if I hadn’t been repeatedly cutoff and interrupted while ordering . Maybe have the A team working on Saturday night instead. Maybe it was just an off night.
This was my first visit to the Big V. I drove from TN to eat a cheeseburger upon the recommendation of a friend. The burger was good especially the tomato and onion. My friend ordered the chili but said it was to salty for his taste. Jade apologized and replaced it with a burger for him to go. Nice folks, I'll plan to go again.
