I use to work at a Dominos, not this one, thank god. This place is terrible. They always either forget something or they take over an hour to deliver. I've been patient with this place because I love Dominos but it's starting to remind me of the McDonalds in Chatsworth. I placed my order at 1:30pm, it is now 3pm and still now food. This will be the last time i order from this place. Thank the lord Papas Pizza is in Dawnville. EDIT: Just got my food at 3:05pm and they forgot the 2 liter. LOL SICK

So tonight's delivery started out bad. Took a little over an hour to get here, and then the driver sat parked at the mailbox for an excruciating while before finally pulling in. My boyfriend met the driver at the car to get the food (apologies to the driver if he came off bitter, he was hangry) and when he brought it inside, we realized the order was completely wrong. Our frustration levels, guys..BUT. When I immediately called the store, a very patient and understanding employee answered the phone. I didn't catch their name. They worked with us in order to figure out what happened, allowed us to keep the delivered order, remade our original order, and gave us a full refund. That was very appreciated.Thank you for taking the steps you did to correct tonight's mishap. Please take no offense if we stick to carry out from now on, however ?

I have NEVER had an issue with this Dominos until today. It’s a regular day. Not the Super Bowl! It took an hour and 45 minutes to get our delivery, and when I called for an update from the manager, Autumn, she was inexplicably rude. I said she might lose a long time customer; she said she didn’t care and if there was nothing else, she was going to hang up! My mind was blown. I’m typically a gentle and caring and understanding person, but she was senselessly rude.

Good luck getting your pizza. My daughter has lived at a different address for years. Yet when she used the app to order a pizza AT HER NEW ADDRESS, they were sending it to her previous address (here). The app said delivered, but they said the delivery person was on the way. They couldn’t change what they were doing and deliver it to where it was SUPPOSED TO GO, though. My daughter ended up driving here to attempt to get her DELIVERY pizza - the pizza which never showed up here either. She finally ended up actually going to the restaurant to PICK UP a pizza. What’s the point of offering delivery service?

All respectful and nice staff. This place seriously needs an upgrade though. I know it's Chatsworth, but there's no way this place is safe for employees. Even the wooden stairs are starting to fall apart. Plus the entrance door takes an act of God to open. Just wish the place looked as nice as the behavior of the staff.
