1st time here, and the lady up front was very nice answered all my questions (I had a lot lol). The banana pudding was gr8, you could tell it was homemade and not boxed pudding, the bread was good, and the fries were very hot and seasoned.The slaw was horrible it tasted like onions and 2 crunchy for my liking. 3 bites and it kept getting worse. The brisket was ok had a lot of fat on certain pieces and was hard 2chew, or almost made me choke. Prob wouldn't get again. However the atmosphere was gr8 I'll prob give it another try but I'll never get the slaw again.

The cheesecake bowls are absolutely delicious, okra is cooked perfectly chrispy and the baked beans are so so good. I don't like coleslaw (any kind or brand) but my roommates said it's some of the best he's had, the potatoes salad has a slight sweetness to it, nothing too overpowering its just right. And the pork bbq is absolutely delicious with or without the sauce. I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and it'll be where we go for bbq from now on. Absolutely delicious, plus the staff are friendly

Let me start with the staff, they were nice and the place was cute. I came here because of the name. I got a rib plate, macaroni, and potato salad. I want to say all the GOOD comments on this about food is a LIE! The ribs are tough and taste like they were fast cooked then thrown in smoke. The potato salad, how can it start off seasoned and end so bland? Please salt and season your water, you boil the potatoes in and try adding some salt in the mixing process; I recommend some apple cider vinegar, too. Lastly, the macaroni.... what in the great value white cheddar is this???! Then you add what looks to be great value shredded cheddar cheese and half attempted to melt it. The noodles were mushy as well. Maybe it was an off day?♀️ that day I see why the piggy went wee wee weeeeee all the way home.

I’ve always had great service before no complaints but when I pick up order and ask if my sauce on side is there and am told yes and then get all the way home to plain chicken kids irks me plus calling back to say it happened to be told oh yeah we over looked that sorry and hang up is a little rude and I love this place and yesss I will be back just irritated right now lol

Ordered 2 orders of brisket tacos (2 per order) and after tax it was 25$ for 4 tacos. Never again. I had to find something else to eat because these tacos were no bigger that you get at Tacos Bell ant left us wanting more to eat. Definitely way over priced!!!

Didn't manage to get pictures of the food because I literally devoured it soon as bossman brought me my Pork Plate with Corn Nuggets and Mac & Cheese, Toast and Corn Bread. For dessert I got a small banana pudding and one of those bussin Blueberry Cheesecake Cookies. I noticed on the wall that it says that this spot is also owned and operated by Veterans. I must say if all hell breaks loose I'm definitely joining these folks side 1000%. Like I'm on the front lines for them taken hits just so their perfection of BBQ can live on. Thank you so much to the team here ?
