The worse kfc i have ever been too. They refuse to replace the food after they messed up the order. I drove home after a ten hour shift to find nothing was correct. And they expect me to drive back immediately to have it replaced or bring the nasty food back two days later when i can manage to return to get my money back. This is ridiculous policy.

I ordered a 8pc meal on line to be picked up plus extra mashed potatoes. The biscuits were under cooked the gravy was watery. The extra mashed potatoes I paid for was not in bag. The chicken tasted old and dried out

I placed an order in the drive-through and was told it would be a second on the mac & cheese 20 minutes later and two trips inside the guy handed me my bags and I said “you should tell somebody if it’s gonna be 20 minutes for a side” and he said “ you’ll be all right “ and turned around and walked away. Horrible customer service.

I'm a dasher an this place is horrible. Long wait time. Only 3 people working. 2 cooking an one at window. They do not know how to multitask. I stood at the register for almost 10 minutes before they seen what I needed. An had people behind me. Id never go back. Need better employees. Also forgot looks like employees dont take baths. Has long hair, an black fingernail polish. No hair nets or beard nets.

They Take my order, I pay then proceed to tell me to pull up to the door to wait for my food to be finished, no problem there. I patiently wait 15 minutes watching other cars pull through the drive through so when I go in to question how much longer I have to wait for my order I was told they had not even dropped mine in the fryer. A total of 20+ minutes from order time to me walking in and yet they still had not even started cooking my food is ridiculous amount of time to “wait for it to be finished”. Do better KFC!

We stopped by this KFC tonight to bring dinner home to my family. I have to say tonights dinner was awful. We paid for the 16 pc meal that is priced over 50 dollars. In each Chicken was way over cooked to the point you couldn't chew it, got ripped off of mashed potatoes, they were not even half full in each container, the Mac in cheese tasted like glue, the biscuits was so dried out that they were hard and just crumbled and paid extra for cole slaw that was dry and wasn't mixed well. For what I paid and having to drive from blue ridge to get that awful, over priced crappy meal, I think KFC owes me money back for that awful meal. I couldn't eat it. The mashed potatoes and gravy was about the only thing that tasted good but, didn't even have enough for everyone. Each one is supposed to cover 4 people, wasn't enough for even two. Not to mention that the restrooms was covered in trash and water all over the floors leading out to the lobby. Chatsworth KFC, do better, hire people to make sure you get your money's worth and it like it's supposed to be. Almost 60 dollars wasted for nasty food. I high recommend not to go there. Ripped off and very highly upset. Yes, y'all will be hearing from me.
Thanks to this Awful food, our grandbabies had to result eating cereal cause they too couldn't eat it cause it was so nasty.
