I went in yesterday and got 2 fill up bucket one tenders other was bone in chicken and we got FOOD POISONING my kids have been sick plus us all night don't eat hear. Pluse they won't do anything about it!!!!!!!!!

Every time I go into this restaurant's bathroom, the sink gets more and more filthier. Mind you I do understand that workers come in here and wash their hands. But apparently the employees do not bother to clean the sink.

Went to KFC in Chatsworth, GA to order chicken pot pies at 8pm they said they were out of them so I ordered a 3 piece meal with chicken legs, slaw and fries , I got home ( less than 2 mins away ) and opened my food and it was a very cold ! Ice cold ! The chicken was so cold and hard it was like 3 day old food ! Original recipe and was tough and so hard the batter couldn’t even be chewed! The fries were so cold the felt like that had been refrigerated allllll day long!! What a HUGE HUGE disappointment from a local restaurant that used to be my favorite !

Was gave burnt chicken when took back was gave more burnt chicken and pretty sure the couple that ordered after us was given the chicken we turned back in cause was pretty much told this is all we have for 30 min....Im talking burnt dark brown and just crumbled to pieces...

I don’t know why, but every time I go (probably once every 4 weeks) I order original recipe. The last five or six times I have gone it has been very overcooked, like dark brown and extra crispy over cooked. You may need to retrain you staff on how to cook it and when to pull it out. The service has always been good when I go and the staff are always friendly, it’s just the chicken that is the issue. I order the extra crispy from time to time and it’s usually good, it’s just the original recipe.
