I don’t know why, but every time I go (probably once every 4 weeks) I order original recipe. The last five or six times I have gone it has been very overcooked, like dark brown and extra crispy over cooked. You may need to retrain you staff on how to cook it and when to pull it out. The service has always been good when I go and the staff are always friendly, it’s just the chicken that is the issue. I order the extra crispy from time to time and it’s usually good, it’s just the original recipe.

We went through the drive through for dinner to get my 2 grandsons and granddaughter The kids meals something simple and easy to order. But yet evidently the people who work inside didn't think it was easy for them to put together this little small order. One of the kids meals had no biscuit and only 3 nuggets. How hard was it make these 3 little kids meals? They have the same exact thing in them. So One of the kids hardly even got to eat. We ended up having to make him something else. Thank you KFC. In Chatsworth for nothing.

Absolutely horrible. We were the only 2 people in the restaurant waited 20 minutes only to be told they had not even started cooking our food. Never come to this place!
Ordered 2 extra biscuits with meal and dance dipping sauce no biscuits, no ranch. This is beginning to become a regular occurrence. Guess I will be going somewhere else.

Everything about this place was awful. Service wasn't good at all. Pretty much acted like they didn't want to be there. The store was dirty especially the bathrooms. Trash running over into the floor, the mirror dirty, the sink dirty and the the toilets has urine stains and it stunk really bad. The food tasted like 2 day old chicken and fries. It was like they just reused old food and tempted to just warm it in tthus he microwave. By far the worst experience me and my wife had at a Kentucky Fried Chicken. I do not recommend this restaurant. Definitely off our list

Ordered 2 large mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, biscuits and chicken, to go. Got the food home, and the mashed potatoes were so soupy, not even edible. These potatoes were so runny/soupy, I've never seen anything like it. Biscuits were hard, not fresh.Took the mashed potatoes back due to they weren't edible, wanted just to get a refund since we already ate the chicken so why do we need potatoes now? Lady worker refused a refund, would only replace the potatoes, and didn't even want to make up all of the biscuits (they had shorted us one with the order).I'm sick of these fast food places charging a fortune for non edible food. Why would you serve slop to someone when you wouldn't even eat it yourself? People work hard for their money, you expect the get edible food when you pay these high prices for fast food! I didn't want the potatoes replaced! We had to eat just chicken and green beans for dinner the night we picked up the order since the potatoes were so bad. Why do I need the potatoes now? What am I going to eat with them?We spend a lot of money at this KFC but we won't be back! And actually, you should be paying people's gas to bring stuff back if you can't even serve an order right!

The fried chicken skin and flour breading tasted unseasoned and the meat was scalded. The fries were cold, and the taste reminded me of seafood seasoning. I thought for a minute maybe this KFC shares a kitchen with Long John Silvers. The biscuit was dry and cold. I won't stop here again.
