Come on, I know we all have bad days but seriously do better then this. Take some pride in your work no matter the job. The bad part is that I was the only car so they was not slammed or short staffed. Looks like management needs to step up and actually care.

This place really needs to be cleaned up and out. Very nasty and smells. People cooking had long hair hanging with no hair net gloves or any kind of sanitary protection on. Apparently the so called management team isn’t looking or there to see what their people are wearing doing or anything else. At one time this was a decent place but I turned and walked out pitiful place won’t be back 3 time finding it this way in the last several months. Really needs torn down and something else there most likely as bad as it looks and smells it’s roach infested

I’ve ate at this location a lot and it’s always been good. This time the service was awful the kid at the window couldn’t count if his life depended on it, I don’t know how he’s even running a cash register. The buns were hard and the meals were cold.
This Krystal's is the most worse Krystal's I've been too. I've been here several times, hoping with a different outcome each time because we love eating at Krystal's. There is almost never customers and I always wait 10 minutes or more for my food. The food is never fresh eventhough I have to wait so long for my food. Customer service is so rude like they get upset because they got a customer. They stand around laughing instead of getting food ready. They need gloves and I never see the kitchen workers wear gloves. This Krystal really needs better management who cares about the store & customers.
