We went through the drive through. We ordered 2 apple pies. We where informed it would be 6 minutes wait for them, prior to securing our order. This was nice to know and of course we didn't mind the wait. However, because of the wait, we decided after the fact to add 4 Krystals to the order at the window. Sorry. They informed us it would be 8 minutes for the Krystal. OF course we did not mind. We appreciated fresh hot food and worth the wait and we weren't in a hurry....
This was a good experience. Food was fresh and they gave my dog a hot dog :). Krystal has closed many locations in/around Atlanta, and I get why- the food was bad as well as service. So it was nice to stop at one and see the food can still be good. Kind staff too. Only downside is prices are craaaazy now but they are everywhere so…
Food was fine, about what you expect. However they have gotten crazy with their prices. Never again. I can go to sit down restaurant for the same price. 12 cheese Krystal’s and chili cheese fry was 28 dollars. Pricing theirself out of business
