Charged my card twice for a $50 order

Great for a so quick meal. The pizza was a little greasy, otherwise fine. Super long line in drive-thru. Only take-out.

The only problem this store has is their lack to keep up with the demand. Pretty much every time you will have to wait on their Hot and ready pizzas. Quality is good, customer service is subpar.

Placed a online order before arrival. Was told to pull back around in 5 minutes instead of them bringing their lazy selves out to the car in front of the building like they used to do. Just lazy and shitty customer service. Posting this while waiting to pull back around. Will not be back here.

Great pizza. The bread sticks were a little hard the first time I ate there but after that they cooked them better. The pizza is better than ringgold little Caesars and also has more cheese and density. Recommend the pineapple, ham, and mushroom pizza or cheese.

Called in a order went to pick up said i never called it in still waiting on a call back from the manager

I wish there was a way to leave 0 stars if you want to wait at least 30 minutes in line and then an additional 15 when you finally get up to the speaker with absolutely nobody in front of you, not even a hey we will be right with you then this is the place for you. After sitting for 15 minutes I finally said hello and was greeted with a yea I’ll be right with you hold on. What kind of customer service is that? This location and all staff are pathetic trust me I get it it’s a “5 dollar pizza” but still at least give some kind of a crap. I can guarantee you that I will never be back and nobody I know will ever be back. Why don’t yall just go ahead and close down if you don’t want customers or to keep the ones you previously had.

This place sucks. Your food is never done when you order it & they claim to be hot & ready. More like, burn your skin & ready in 40 minutes. Tired of this specific one.

Well I have no clue where to start.if the stars could be lower it would be lower way way lower. It took 5 times calling to get a very rude person on the phone. After being put on hold for more than 10 minutes, my girlfriend arrived to pick up said food but I was still on hold. And she was rude to her as well. She said no one was in the place. After being hung up on I called back and proceeded to be placed on hold again and then I was told I needed to work on my my customer service skills when I asked why I was hung up on she proceeded to tell me I was on hold and wasn't hung up on at all the dial tone says orher wise .... that place will never see another dollar from me or anyone i know, and I'll make it my life's goal that little caesars in chatsworth hires the correct people. Not little rude blonde females who definitely can't multi task or treat customers correctly especially for par pizza. And btw if you want a stuffed crust pretzel pizza you can only get 1 topping makes no sense..

Past 4 times I’ve gone I’ve had to wait 45+ minutes and I’ve never gotten more than 2 pizzas each time.

Called in my order. Was told 15 minutes. Got there in 20 minutes. Waited another 20 minutes and finally walked out. Won't be going back. Horrible service. Rude employees. Really need a REAL manager.
