Little Caesars Pizza

Called in a order went to pick up said i never called it in still waiting on a call back from the manager

I wish there was a way to leave 0 stars if you want to wait at least 30 minutes in line and then an additional 15 when you finally get up to the speaker with absolutely nobody in front of you, not even a hey we will be right with you then this is the place for you. After sitting for 15 minutes I finally said hello and was greeted with a yea I’ll be right with you hold on. What kind of customer service is that? This location and all staff are pathetic trust me I get it it’s a “5 dollar pizza” but still at least give some kind of a crap. I can guarantee you that I will never be back and nobody I know will ever be back. Why don’t yall just go ahead and close down if you don’t want customers or to keep the ones you previously had.

This place sucks. Your food is never done when you order it & they claim to be hot & ready. More like, burn your skin & ready in 40 minutes. Tired of this specific one.

Well I have no clue where to start.if the stars could be lower it would be lower way way lower. It took 5 times calling to get a very rude person on the phone. After being put on hold for more than 10 minutes, my girlfriend arrived to pick up said food but I was still on hold. And she was rude to her as well. She said no one was in the place. After being hung up on I called back and proceeded to be placed on hold again and then I was told I needed to work on my my customer service skills when I asked why I was hung up on she proceeded to tell me I was on hold and wasn't hung up on at all the dial tone says orher wise .... that place will never see another dollar from me or anyone i know, and I'll make it my life's goal that little caesars in chatsworth hires the correct people. Not little rude blonde females who definitely can't multi task or treat customers correctly especially for par pizza. And btw if you want a stuffed crust pretzel pizza you can only get 1 topping makes no sense..

Past 4 times I’ve gone I’ve had to wait 45+ minutes and I’ve never gotten more than 2 pizzas each time.

Called in my order. Was told 15 minutes. Got there in 20 minutes. Waited another 20 minutes and finally walked out. Won't be going back. Horrible service. Rude employees. Really need a REAL manager.

Terrible customer service. We waited an hour and they gave our food to someone else. Do not recommend this establishment.

Went through the drive-thru to order two pizzas it took them a little bit to get the order correct and then gave us a pager and told us to go to the parking lot where the pager would go off and I can't either turn around and come back through the drive-thru or I can come in and get it well the pager never went off and I was wondering what the heck had happened so I went to the store and asked what happened because I never got a beep from pager. The guy behind the counter said he was wondering what happened that the pizza had been ready for a while. The pizza should have been free because of faulty pager. Plus the guy at window was rude and obnoxious. I will never come back unless they have more people working there. There was only two working.

We always order our pizza from Little Caesars and the price is very reasonable a lot more people should go in there. Affordable and very tasty on top of it 😉

I'd give this place 5 starts but I was fired when I got sick even though I had doctors notes excuse me for having mono and getting it from my coworker who we shared soda with. I didn't know she was sick or that it would effect me so much worse than her. I bet they haven't had a good laugh or good music to listen to since I left. I loved this job. Ridiculous that this place would complain they can't keep people like gee I wonder why.

The person working in the front tonight was very rude to everyone that walked in and they took almost 40 minutes to get my order when they said only 10 minutes

A delivery order running thirty minutes late comes within three miles of my house and then turns and goes back to the store. Called the hotline and got no resolution but told them I would take the order if they would bring it. Five minutes later I received a notice it was canceled. Now I have to wait eight to ten business days to get my money back. Why am I not surprised with this kind of service from a Chatsworth restaurant.
