So I just go in for a door dash order,they are parking every single person that comes through the drive-thru and messing up all the orders,a lady came in that had been waiting over an hour for her food,needless to say she had her kids with her to,come on mcdonalds night shift,get it together

This supposed to be a double quarter cheese and the meat does not look like as it should the meat is so thin you can see through it. Another day order a 20 piece chicken nuggets and get only 14 pieces someone can not count. What is the problem with people McDonald’s is hiring.

I live down the street. We KEEP trying to go here and blaming the issues on just a “ bad day “ but every single time we go here they ruin our order by either not following directions, not giving us what we order, or both. Sorry and less then bare minimum service. Weak or non existent leadership

Well for 2 times they have zapped my points, without me getting anything. They need to shape up and get the order right the first time. That way I can continue ordering here instead of Burger King. Because BK always gets it right.

I highly do not recommend coming to this McDonald’s during night. There was problems in the drive thru, and after I had reached the Pick-Up window they had told me that they cannot do anything, they didn’t give me any of my order, I waited in a line for over an hour, and I don’t get my money refunded until next week. Horrible service and atmosphere, can’t even judge the food.

Service inside is slow beyond believe. Took 20+ minutes to get our breakfast ! After I asked for it.. drinks were not ready ( coffee) neither. I end up asking for soda cups so we can get on the road. After we left no hashbrows were discovered in the bag ( 3 orders) Cherry on the top - flies in the store ☠️☠️☠️

Went at 11:10 on a Saturday. Ordered on the app 10 minutes ahead. Got there and the drive thru said to park and they’ll bring the food to me. Sat 15 more minutes and got somebody else’s food. I’d highly recommend to anybody to never punish yourself and eat at this McDonald’s. It’s absolutely horrible. You’re better off getting a gas station hotdog

I've been eating there for the past 3 years and the past two weeks they have gotten my order wrong almost every single day I'm the simplest person in the world I get two plain double cheeseburgers with only cheese and a large sweet tea with no ice today it set me off and I'm leaving this review because I got my two double cheeseburgers and only one piece of meat on each of them I won't be coming back to this location and they'll be lucky if I come back to a McDonald's. This is usually where I stop and get my lunch before I go to work and I don't have time to BS and go back and forth fixing my order so I just have to eat the wrong food and I'm tired of this BS.
They parked me to wait on food but never brought it out. After 5 or 6 cars came around me I went in and got a refund. The manager was not the least bit apologetic.

I ordered the bacon, egg cheese on a bagel. It tastes like everything was allowed to cool off first so the sandwich itself wasn't very good. Hubby order sausage biscuit with cheese-no egg. He got no egg...and no cheese.
