The store doesn't have good service period. I was stuck in line for 10 minutes ( there was 1 car in front of me at the speaker) when I pulled up, dead silence for another 10 minutes. Fyi all quarter pounder meat is fresh and cooked to order that's why they're so delicious and juicy (ik I worked there for years) I was at the window for no longer than a minute and my sandwich was cold... I didn't even eat it, idk when it was made but the cheese was cold and not even melted lolWhat a disappointment y'allLike c'mon really!?Also I think they know my voice because they are always out of espresso and ice cream.Life hack if they have shakes they also have ice cream, because they come out of the same machine 2 nozzles but same machine:)

I ordered on the app. I was able to order breakfast but when I got there I was told they stopped serving breakfast 4 minutes before I got there. Order was cancelled. That's fine but the girl over the intercom was rude about it and acted like it was my fault. Horrible experience. They've lost a customer over the mishandling of this situation.

I had to stand around a long time to get my order taken even though they didn't have many customers. And it was way too expensive for what I got. So I'll be going there a lot less

Poor guys can never get a coffee right. It's the simple things. And every single time I ask them to fix it they always tell me that's how it's made (so im wrong) No, I get coffees everyday. And they are always made different and never right. It's sad I know how their company is supposed to make them but yet they just can't get it right... but hey at least they try I guess.Thanx for the rare ones I get that's decent to drink! ❤️

Four out of five times they will leave some of the food out of my order that they charge me for worse place to I’ve ever seen could not get order
I don't complain much but this (for a big Mac) is the saddest burger I've ever paid for. Shorted me on cheese, ripped my bun and the smallest patty I've ever seen.

Only suggestion I can give is make sure ur sauces are in the bag. Several times in a row they say the sauces are in the bag just to get home and have absolutely zero sauce pack in the bag. Outside of that, typical McDonalds IMO. ??♂️
