I recently visited Waffle King and had a mixed experience. Upon entering, the atmosphere felt a bit uncomfortable before the staff became more welcoming. This huge dude came out of the store staring at me as I entered with my friend. I thought I would need my passport on me and not just my ID to prove I’m from here- type of energy. Driving down on 411 from Chatsworth, GA, we stopped at this little jewel place, which is like the waffle house but much better. I loved their food. It didn't give me that acidity I get when I eat at the waffle house. Their hamburger steak with onion and brown gravy was delicious with the sweet potato fries and toast 😋 👌. It was cooked to perfection 😃 👍. If you're in the area, stop by. You won't be disappointed. I know we will stop by at the Royal Waffle...

We came in really late, their midnight servers didn't come in and instead of just kicking us out they asked for our orders and served us. I'm a picky pregnant lady but I enjoyed their food, especially the mozzarella sticks. Plus we had a really sweet, understanding server.
