Worst experience I’ve had in a long time i always get a trenta refresher with no ice for years now and it’s always filled to the brim and they tried to tell me it’s corporate 😂 very funny when I get this all the time and have never had any issues at any other do not waste your time go to food city where they treat you right and don’t give attitude cause your there

I don’t know what happened to this Starbucks as it used to be my go to for a quick coffee/tea but 2 times in one week my order was wrong. The first time I asked for no “fruit” in the refreshers and then I had my husband go the next day for a “iced green tea lemonade” and they give him an iced matcha tea lemonade. Green tea and matcha green tea are VERY different in color and consistency, if there’s any confusion they need to ask for clarification. I guess that’s my fault for not going myself because even he thought it was a weird color drink when he got it….I hate complaining but when it’s two times in a row and money thrown away, it’s frustrating. Hopefully they can pay more attention and get the drinks right in the future.

Every other starbucks location I go to will let you customize drinks consistently. This one depends on the staff on shift. Some will just let you customize. Some will say you can & then make it to the standard recipe anyway, even if they charged for the customization already. Some will stand there and argue with you. Definitely won't be going back to this one. It's Kroger or Corporate owned stores for me from now on.

Girls are more focused on eating and drinking instead of serving customers. No respect either. Coffee taste terrible.

I keep giving them chances, but today was my last visit at this location. The girls who working during the evening are loud, obnoxious and care more about their hair, (one ran her hands thru her hair before grabbing the customers cup, no washing of the hands) their phones and talking amongst each other than making drinks in a timely manner. They seem to have some growing up left to do.
