This is our last time here. This place is so dirty. Ladies bathroom was filthy. No soap, no hand sanitizer. Every surface from floors, to tables, walls, and service areas is very dirty. Needs a top to bottom cleaning. Makes me queasy to think about eating food there.

Worst Taco Bell ever! My husband travels and eats it just about every day and he has never waited 40 mins for his food like he did at this Taco Bell! A employee gave him a cup knowing ice machine wasn’t working and said well some people like to drink it hot! Food was cold once he did get it!

Was hoping to enjoy my dinner away from home, but the temp was like 50 degrees inside, and I take blood thinner. Took forever for someone to take my cash, and even longer to get my food. This place has really went downhill.

I was the first and only in the drive thru but was ordered and out in 5 minutes. The young woman at the window smiled so wide, had a genuinely friendly attitude, & made just going through a drive thru feel special! Knocked it out of the park! Order was hot and the service was amazing! Special props to the person working the window around 7pm on 08/13/25! She was not a typical employee just trying to make it through a shift. Wish I had her name to be certain the correct person gets credit!

So everytime i have gotten taco bell from Chatsworth they give me the wrong items, the wrong stuff on my order also everytime i order the chips and cheese they never give me the chips Lmao do not go to this taco bell they SUCK

We order regular shell taco's family They put so much lettuce and barely meat and cheese and the taco's broken like all the shells
We get taco bell breakfast one to two times a month and EVERY SINGLE TIME, the Starry is out. Try to do better!!

The food wasn’t terrible but the wait is ridiculous we waited 45 minutes if not longer for our food we were missing a taco so I stood up there to let them know and everyone just ignored me they looked and walked away there was maybe 2 other people inside who already had their food and one car in the drive thru and it still took almost an hour not only that but it was so dirty the tables had food all over them the floors were nasty and sticky and the bathrooms where awful they smelled horrible it looked like there was pee all over the toilets and the floor definitely wont be dining in again
