Every single thing! Every single time
This place is a joke. They charged me for sauce that I ordered instead of Zack sauce. The Little girls that always work the window always have an attitude. I asked for a different sauce instead of the Zack sauce. When I got home, I looked at my receipt and they had charged me for the sauce that they replaced the Zack sauce with. They just charge you when they feel like it because sometimes they do sometimes they don’t.

I ordered thru door dash i ordered chicken bacon ranch fries they were barely warm

Ordered curbside and pulled up right as it said my order would be ready and waited and waited as I noticed 2 other vehicles who were told to move up in line to wait on their food had already left. It had been 10 minutes and I still have not received my food and the girl even looked my way as she was walking in from bringing out the last customers food. Finally I back up to jump in line to pull up at the window & the girl at the window asks if I had an online order. Yeah obviously you’ve seen me sitting there for 10 minutes!! & I’ve already went on the zaxbys listens website, so don’t suggest it please.

Ordered 2 "go big" wings & things", extra fries, extra seasoning on the fries, extra sauces, etc. Got less then normal amount of fries, no seasoning at all, missing 6 of the extra sauces, and wrong sauces tossed on the chicken. Order via app while in restaurant, had to wait almost an hour while people that came in after us got their food in a couple minutes

There was a white tip acrylic fingernail in our food!!!! From one of the workers. To be exact it had a gold star or design on it. The manager was extremely rude and kept the recipe so I could not place a review on their app! Ridiculous. We go here probably 2 times a week sometimes! Well we are never coming back!! I would be ashamed to have people work for me like that. & the girls in the background were all laughing. Extremely rude and uncalled for. They kept the fingernail, they made us give our water back bc we didn’t understand why it was 2.50 which would have been fine but they were rude about it, they refused to give us back our receipt so we can’t go to the Zaxby’s website to make a review, and we said we’d pull up to get the water back from our kid if it was such a big deal so we didn’t block their drivethru. Well they never came to get it. So we left it on the sidewalk and finally left. The manager there is awful ☹️ and I really loved them……

GOT THE SWEET& SPICY ON THE BONELESS MEAL, CHICKEN WAS HARD AS BRICKS COULD"NT EAT IT! WASTED MONEY!
The grilled chicken Cobb salad was not very fresh nor presentable, this is the first time ever in all the years I've been eating at Zaxby's. I was a little disappointed this time.
