I didn't get her name but the African American lady who was working the register, probably around 4pm today, 12-16-25, was super friendly and helpful. This is the best service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I had never eaten at a Jack's before. She went through the different options with me pretty thorough. The store was also very clean.

The best Jacks there is. 100 health inspection score. Staff is always courteous and the food is always hot, fresh and prepared to special order requests. Wish the Fort O location followed the Chickamauga way of handling customers

This is actually the one Jacks that grts 5 stars. All of the food is the same at all the Jacks, but and I mean but. This one the people actually has manners, and treat you with respect. That is 5 stars all day to me! Keep up the good work Jacks!!! Update. 11/28/25 went to Bo Town and Hardiville. And sat for 10 mins and never even greeted this morning. Came in Jacks and it is always the best! In and out in less than 10 minutes. Even though its 20 mins further for breakfast I will go here every time now. Thank you Jacks! And new morning management your doing great! Keep up that Great Work!!!

Went inside to get breakfast. Stood at the counter for several minutes. Was looked at by employees but completely ignored. Left and went to Hardee’s. Will NEVER go back !
