Ordered on line said 1:17 got to window was told to pull in parking spot wasn’t ready. Sat there until 1:37 finally walked in and still had to wait on food. Got a 10 piece chicken family meal.

Just went through y’all’s drive thru and ordered a family box. The girl told us what sides you had to choose from and my girls wanted mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. I paid extra to add a pint of coleslaw. Got home and we had 3 cups of Mac n cheese! Why didn’t you say that’s all you had or do you just not care about making your customers happy.

What's going on Jack's, just got back home with order,(2 gravy and biscuits, ) did you throw my order at the bag, spilled all in the bag, all over the container, would have been good, if half hadn't been spilled ,your giving Chickamauga a bad name.

Great food at a good price. We usually come on Sunday after church and enjoy a great lunch, only thing is counter service is terably slow. Seems they need to focus a little more on counter help some. Always a line!

Here i am 0628 waiting on the drive thru for 15 minutes and counting. The store hours state they open at 0500. Plenty of cars in the parking lot but no one is running the drive through. I'm a nurse trying to bring our patients a special breakfast and I can't because this location is incompetent.

I placed an order the evening before for 24 biscuits. I arrived to find out they hadn't started the order and had to wait for 30 mins to have my order completed. No apologies or anything. This was an $80 order. Now I don't believe all Jack's stores are bad. But my family won't be back to this location. And we live across the street.

Today was the LAST day I will get breakfast at the Jack's in Chickamauga! This has always been my "go to" place, but it is getting ridiculous! I sat at the speaker box for 8 minutes before my order was taken. I then waited another seven minutes at the window (there was no one in front of me because the worker was only taking one order at a time.) The young lady that was helping pack orders said they were out of biscuits. (WHAT??) Fortunately, some came out of the oven and I was able to get my sausage biscuit and get on my way. I hate it, but not going back.

As soon as I walked in the door you could feel the immediate Southern hospitality! The staff was very welcoming, very polite even and stopped at my table to make sure I had everything I needed the biscuits and gravy were so far superior to McDonald's or Burger King or even Hardee's! The gravy was season perfectly the grits were seasoned perfectly my whole experience with this place the food is phenomenal and I look forward to experiencing eating here the next time I pass one

I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on Texas toast meal. When I got to the pickup window, I was told no hash browns or fries and was offered a pie instead. Sandwich was only lukewarm and not very tasty. This was my second bad experience at this location, and probably my last visit.
